The bar / restaurant is gloomy

The bar looks very tired. There's a big white stain on the red curtains that looks disgusting. The seats are all wearing away. On check in We were told we had been upgraded rooms for no extra charge. Our room was tiny with two single beds in it! I'd hate to see what our original room looked like! The hotel is having some refurb work done so it is noisy through the day. We weren't aware of that when we booked. (I could have overlooked information on this possibly) Breakfast was good although things in the dining area again are looking very tired. Chipped mugs etc.

Location is great. Cocktails were lovely. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Poor quality toilet roll and no biscuits with the tea and coffee.. These may seem like little things but for over £200 a night you'd expect these things. Even premier inn has biscuits and decent toilet roll! Overall it was a decent stay but the hotel is overpriced. That's london for you though

The room was tiny. You could not set up the luggage rack And walk around it. Then I found the hotel used to be a YMCA. That explains that. I liked the window and view.

Tended to be quite chaotic at busy breakfast times.

So, we were very disappointed in the hotel breakfast area. There were filthy dishes on the tables, when dirty plates etc were taken eventually from the tables the tables were not wiped down. The areas where the buffet food was, was also unkempt. These areas were not being cleaned example the cereal was spilt, the milk jugs looked unclean and nearly empty. The croissants and bread area was a disaster, unfilled baskets and crumbs all over the counter. The tea and coffee area was OK but.... the hot food area was dreadful. I have never seen sausages like it ever. Tough as old boots. There was scrambled egg mixed in with baked beans. Food was luke warm. Yoghurts and fresh fruits were not desirable. We had booked breakfast for 2 mornings however there was no way I was going back there this morning. I definitely would not recommend breakfast at this hotel.

Location is brilliant. Underground is very close by and hotel within walking distance of theatres good shops and amenities.

The price is way too high for the shower drains to be not working properly as in every few minutes I need to stop the shower for the drains to drain or else it will spilled over to the bathroom floors.

The Asian man who helped me check in was great through and through. We ended up able to check in early. The location is good which why I booked it.

Undergoing refurbishment in some parts. Was well informed but using a wheel chair made it just that bit difficult.

Buffet breakfast cost £12.95 each . bacon very crispy and poached eggs hard like rubber. would have been nice to have small selection of cakes or perhaps the had all gone by 9am.

excellent location, 2 mins walk to tottenham court rd tube station. Sainsburys and Tescos near by. Twin bedroom with enough room. Shower plenty of hot water. Staff very friendly, asked for more coffee, tea amd milk for our room and it was delivered within 10 minutes. would highly recommend

Very slow elevators

Excellent location. Even though it’s close to a theatre, tube station and busy road it’s quiet at night. I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise.

The room light bulb was going out and blinking. Told staff, but no one came up to replace it. Toilet paper wasn’t automatically replenished. Had to call the desk for more.
