Both windows were broken and I wouldn’t return to the restaurant as there are nicer ones in the area.

Great location, got a free upgrade, clean and nice to have the little shop if we needed anything.

Being right on the road side it was horrendously noisy. I know you will always get noise in central London but maybe a room away from the main road would have been a little bit quieter.

Room was tiny but spotlessly clean

Wasn't happy with the room we were told we had been upgraded to a quadruple room we got to the room it was a triple plug sockets are in the most unusable locations window barely opened shower too small to actually use and bathroom was very " battered" was very disappointed there are a lot more hotels available that are better than what we git for our money at £150 per night youvshoukd be getting a lot more for your money. Will seriously rethink staying here again especially when there are rooms that have been refurbished and we are still being given the " dump" rooms.

The location is superb always stay here when coming to London

Definitely do not want to have a car when u arrive as absolutely no parking. Has 4 elevators but waited FOREVER every time so resorted to using stairs except with suitcase. Apparently they are upgrading elevators. Our room #132 was extremely small for a couple (but our friends # 226 was even smaller) and only place to open a suitcase was on the bed as no space even on the floor. Wifi doesn’t require password so not very secure.

Location worked well as has 3 restaurants (one open 24hrs) and Sainsbury grocery across the street. Has concierge on site to help with tickets and advice. Rooms all had phones so was handy to coordinate with others staying in the Hotel. Liked that the room had 2 usb on each side of bed to charge devices. Offer free suitcase storage for early arrival or late departure. Has small area outside Cucina restaurant with snack drinks and snacks and couches/chairs so could sit and visit there.

Metal legs on the beds too prominent, kept kicking our toes. Bathroom very small could do with hooks on the door or wall. Shame about the sticky stuff under the phone. Could do with ledge for the bed near to the bathroom

The decor was very dated and the lifts had a long waiting time due to being full, so give yourself a lot of time to check out. The hotel room was very small and noisy at night. The bed was very basic and not comfy. Expect budget- you get what you pay for. The carpet was dirty and had a large brown stain in the middle of the room. I got upgraded to a window- and thank goodness because there was an odour of sweat when I checked in. Tea and coffee facilities were basic. I would not recommend drinking the tap water- buy a bottle of water to make coffee with. There is a Sainbury’s outside the property.

Central location, only 7 minutes walk to the British Museum. The Stephen Street (stand B) bus stop around the corner had buses (390) that went to Victoria bus station every 15 minutes. This was handy for getting the coach. It was very affordable with a nice view. The Cucina restaurant had good food and was affordable with 25% off for guests. Breakfast was an okay standard with lots to choose from.
