Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

QatarThe room walls are plasterboard and not sound proof we could hear the goings on of next door at 4am they were having a loud good time draw your own conclusions. Breakfast advertised from 6:30am week days we had an early flight and were down for 6:30am exactly there was no hot food options for us at all and nobody approached to take an order ( we understand they wouldnt put all the breakfast out with nobody there but if it was ready in the kitchen at least ask, we had to make do with some cheese ham a pastry and some fruit quite disappointing.
Rooms were lovely very clean and modern had everything you need.

The hotel was very well located, despite of being in the city center it was quiet and spacious. The room was huge and it had a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast was lovely and tasty. Very good experience!

Brilliant convenient large rooms with options for self catering if you want. Location was perfect easy to get to and close to the city centre. Staff so helpful and polite. My trip was around a running event and the hotel had large number of fellow runners staying. On the morning of the event the hotel had put out feee water bananas and mars bars for the runners to help themselves. They let me check out later for free to work around my schedule post race. Little thing like this go a long way. 100% be back to stay!!!

The location was great, being just a few minutes walk from New Street station. It was a quiet, we did.not hear any other guests. It was clean. The reception staff were excellent and very accommodating We liked that breakfast was included and there was a range of food and drinks

SpainThe only thing that would be the icing on the cake would be, the option of booking a room with a bed bigger than a standard king size or two singles.
Everything, the breakfast was excellent, location, facilities etc. what really stood out was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. A special mention goes to Ali who really went the extra mile. Well Done, we will be back !

I like to stay in this exceptionally well run hotel when we come to Brum. It is clean, comfortable and quiet, despite being in the very centre of the city. Rooms are a good size and have kitchen facilities. Breakfast is always great and the staff are friendly and helpful.

IrelandNit picking, but fried eggs on a breakfast are my choice, but it was a 4 hour breakfast session and I completely understand how difficult that would be.
The location is excellent. Just a short walk from the station and in the heart of the shopping area. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large and exceptionally comfortable.
