Well organised owners and good location on Robin Hood caravan park. Clean kitchen, bathrooms and lounge with great shower. Great value for our stay

The single beds were a bit too small for my teenagers. Other then that they had a good experience.

Very clean and tidy, fully equipped and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the owners were very approachable and helpful.

Require minor maintenance. Old carpet in the living area. Broken vacum cleaner nothing to do the cleaning. No toilet brush in the second toilet.

Was shocked to find to drink after 6 you have to buy wrist bands which adds to cost.

Lovely extended family get together. Van was big enough and clean. Position of van was great. Lots to do on site

The caravan may have had some damp issues in the past as evidenced by some black spots on the net curtains but didn't bother us much.

We've stayed on this site before so we know how good it is. The caravan location on the site was great, very close to all the facilities.

The caravan in Holly grove was lovely, fully equipped and comfortable. It was in a perfect location, near to all amenities. I stayed with 3 adults and 4 children. The site was clean and quiet. We fully enjoyed our stay.

the only thing I would say is we wasn’t made aware that there was no bedding provided so when we got there we didn’t have any bedding and had to go and buy some. maybe put in the description that you have to bring your own bedding.

Caravan needed a little bit of TLC. It wasn't an issue for us though as it did have everything we needed. Hard to pick a fault after what we paid.

Location to reception/entertainment/shop is superb. Host was very responsive and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Facilities. The rusty microwave, the kitchen “equipment “ consisted of one small milk pan and one frying pan the oven wouldn’t.light, had to go to the shop to get a lighter. No sponge or dishcloth. No hand soap or sanitizer Some lights weren’t working

2 hours late with check in, says on booking.com checking from 3pm, received a text off the caravan owners saying 3.30 but then wasn’t allowed into the caravan until 5pm due to the cleaners running behind. I had 3 young children with me so it was a little bit stressful, not what you need on holiday. Owners kept me update and allowed an extended checkout time which softened the blow a bit. Could do with investing into some new mattresses as the cost to replace them would pay for itself in the reviews. They were really uncomfortable and noisy. Small damp patches dotted round the caravan and the master room smelt damp.

Caravan was spacious with 2 bathrooms which was good. Owners seemed nice.

It was filthy on arrival. All the netted curtains were covered in mould which as a response we had "they were washed beth" regardless you then put them back up covered in mould and we had two members with us with asthma. The walls were just filthy covered in grime and dirt in pretty much every single room. When messaging about needing it re cleaning I felt the owners didn't really care with their responses, if it was me I would be very sympathetic considering the price we paid and the value we were given but instead we just kept getting questioned even after providing photos of the state of the place. Overall we were just very dis heartened, this place wasn't a cheap holiday and we were all very excited to go but turning up to a dirty caravan just ruined it for us.

To be honest we didn't like much about the property, it was spacious in the hallway area which was good for the kids but that was about it

Location excellent, caravan ok, nowhere in main bedroom to store clothes as wardrobe full of bedding, main bed very uncomfortable springs very painful, being an older caravan the beds in twin rooms were very small, too small for 13 year old Grandson who is thin and tall. Hosts very approachable

Great caravan, super comfy and lots to do onsite fun,wifi in the caravan which again is a great addition in these times...hosts very helpful and super responsive when I rang panicking as I hadn't read the email in a rush to pack and leave for our jollies 🙈🤣
