Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdom2 hours late with check in, says on booking.com checking from 3pm, received a text off the caravan owners saying 3.30 but then wasn’t allowed into the caravan until 5pm due to the cleaners running behind. I had 3 young children with me so it was a little bit stressful, not what you need on holiday. Owners kept me update and allowed an extended checkout time which softened the blow a bit. Could do with investing into some new mattresses as the cost to replace them would pay for itself in the reviews. They were really uncomfortable and noisy. Small damp patches dotted round the caravan and the master room smelt damp.
Caravan was spacious with 2 bathrooms which was good. Owners seemed nice.

United KingdomIt was filthy on arrival. All the netted curtains were covered in mould which as a response we had "they were washed beth" regardless you then put them back up covered in mould and we had two members with us with asthma. The walls were just filthy covered in grime and dirt in pretty much every single room. When messaging about needing it re cleaning I felt the owners didn't really care with their responses, if it was me I would be very sympathetic considering the price we paid and the value we were given but instead we just kept getting questioned even after providing photos of the state of the place. Overall we were just very dis heartened, this place wasn't a cheap holiday and we were all very excited to go but turning up to a dirty caravan just ruined it for us.
To be honest we didn't like much about the property, it was spacious in the hallway area which was good for the kids but that was about it
