We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Lovely cabin with a super view of the hills that continually changed with the weather. Sat out on the deck in the rain under the overhang of the roof - was lovely to watch all the nature and farming, you can be happy here what ever the weather.

United KingdomHonestly, I only lowered my rating based on the fact that the shower was the worst one I have ever tried to use. The water pressure was so low I found it impossible to wash my long hair properly. When the shower was set to high rather than economy, the temperature fluctuated wildly so it was either scalding or freezing with a brief 3 second sweet spot either side. We followed all the instructions, but I think because the property isn't on mains supply, there isn't much to be done. Out of the owners control I imagine and the only thing that lets the lodge down a little. Still a fab place to stay.
Really clean and comfortable. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. Excellent kitchen facilities with plenty of pans/utensils etc. Comfortable beds and lovely towels and linen.

United KingdomHonestly, it was perfect. Wi-Fi ran at 60-70mbps. In my book that’s great.
The lodge was wonderful, situated in an idyllic setting facing the hills and Glens of the area, every detail was catered for, crisp clean sheets, complimentary tea, coffee etc even a set of high powered binoculars were there to let you look around in more detail. Accommodation is a matter of personal taste and this was to ours. Loved it.
