Location excellent for visiting North Cornwall. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Mark and Mary lovely hosts.

Could have used a washer/dryer or tumble dryer as clothes took a long time to dry. Some of the kitchen cookware/utensils, such as knives, were very dull and needed replacing, while the non-stick surface of pans were scratched. We were also charged for replacing a toilet seat that was already loose to begin with, but as I did not think to report this at the start of the stay, we paid to avoid a dispute.

Quiet location, convenient for beaches in North Cornwall.

Loved our stay here. Mark and Mary were very welcoming whilst leaving us to our privacy. Great facilities both secure and private which was great as we were travelling on motorbikes. Great parking area under cover which was a bonus. Great location and very comfortable accommodation. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay here, was so perfect for us. Had everything we needed, so many little lovely homely and practical touches all around we settled in straight away and it was super clean. Bedding was so lovely and we had such good nights sleep. Was so cosy and kept beautifully. Ideal location for exploring beautiful Cornwall. The owners were so nice, left lots of information and if we needed them we knew they were there. Wish we could have stayed longer, next time!

A tumble dryer or facility on the washing machine would have been useful but only a small thing. In September, despite it still being warm, we struggled to get items dry. There was an outside dog next door which woke us up early on a few mornings.

Lovely owners - very friendly. The cottage was very comfy and clean, and the bed was super. Great location - handy for the beaches and Padstow, but also handy to head west on the A39. Loved the welcome pack - much appreciated. Owners were very accommodating of our electric vehicle and we were able to charge using an outside 13amp plug. We told them our kWh usage and they calculated the rate for us.

No soap or products - especially for the money you pay! Toilet, water and shower took awhile to get used to.

So well appointed - beautiful decor. Welcome basket and espresso machine with lots of capsules was great. Comfy bed.

Lovely property, very well maintained and clean. The facilities all seemed really new. Comfortable beds with good quality linen. Towels, slippers and dressing gown a nice touch. excellent location for getting to lots of beaches and different costal towns. All within 15 mins drive. Very peaceful area, so felt calm and relaxing when you came back for the night. Really lovely owners who were friendly and helpful, but not in your face!

The fridge in the kitchen was very tiny. I think it should state on the property information that it is a mini fridge. Also there wasn't a proper oven just a microwave combo which wasn't great. The road outside was quite noisy.

We are happy family.

The family loved the setting of the Barn. It was fantastic. The main thing with a family holiday is the kids. For me, if the kids are happy I am happy. Beds was so comfortable and very clean. The barn has everything you need to make your stay so enjoyable. Will definitely visit again. Out of all our stay, this is the best.

The only thing of note was the internet signal was minimal and had to re-connect a number of times. This also affected the TV.

The accommodation was cozy, well equipped, high spec (a lot of effort has gone in to this place). The bed was really comfy. The shower was lovely and powerful. There was also plenty of tourist leaflets and the information manual was very informative. Oh and the variety of bird life was awesome.

The only thing was the smell of muck spreading by the local farmer, but this was only one day and it is a rural location surrounded by fields so no complaint. You wouldn't complain about the sound of planes at an airport!

Very quiet location for a get away stay, but within easy drive of Padstow and other coastal location. Very friendly owners who live on site should you have any issues. A nice welcome pack of snacks and drinks. It has a sunny outside space to sit and enjoy the Cornish weather.

The room was a bit light early morning due to the blinds, understandable as numerous windows, just woke very early !
