This is a superb hotel - really can't be faulted. Super chic and really high level of cleanliness and decor. Excellent city centre location within walking distance of everywhere I needed to be. Free car parking for guests too, and full concierge service to sort out any issues. On top of all that, incredible value for money.

It was cold for my liking. I did turn the radiators to max, but only felt the warm on the 2nd night. I did not see a robe either, and lastly the tea cups could be a tad larger/deeper

I loved the room, it was cozy. I also liked the location very much it was in close proximity to where my visits were.

Check in is another building. But it is very close to the hotel rooms. No breakfast served. McD is 5 minutes walk away.

Location is great and the room is clean and comfortable with good decoration. Very close to many restaurants and shops.

Bathroom was a little bit cold in decor, yet very modern, I would suggest some accessories to warm it up a little.

The hotel was great, its well decorated, everything is new and good taste. It's not a normal hotel so there is no bar/restaurant on site but there is a cafe/bar outside across the street that has partnered with the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the staff were 👍 would stay again for sure 😉

Having to go to another building to check in...because it was a first visit and new to the area it took time to work out where to go to check in.... had to ask various members of the public where to find the building....other new stayers had the same problem.

Close to local amenities...clean stylish comfortable rooms with everything in the room you would need for a stay.

The hotel is room-only - reception is across the road at St Martins House and there is no onsite catering except tea and coffee. But the guest info gives eating recommendations including for room delivery.

Excellent location next to Richard III Visitor Centre. Parking included in room rate. Room itself very nicely appointed, in a renovated Georgian building

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Constructive feedback would be for room 10, it could do with a chair of some sort, also coat hooks on the back of the door and a scrapper brush for the wet room to help the water clear quickly post shower. None of these would have made my stay any better as it was already perfect just some wee tweaks to enhance even more.
