Only 1 heater for the whole accomodation!! Cold bathroom, bedrooms ... Towels didnt dry... Very unpleasant shop assistant in the NIsa shop ...

I liked the location, the place was not busy so we were not overlooked / had privacy

No WiFi in the chalets - you have to go to the bar to get WiFi, mattress was slightly springy, make sure to bring everything with you - including towels, toilet paper, soap etc

Well stocked kitchen made more special by a welcome pack of kitchen essentials of dishwashing liquid, j cloth, sponge and tea towel on arrival. Clean and tidy. Good view of the sea.

It's a bit far from St Ives itself. Not too bad if you have a car, but not really walkable. It's a little bit out of the way from everything tbh.

The area was nice and had plenty of greenery around the accomidation

Some of the things in the chalet needing replacing due to it being old, but that didn't bother us much. The pool opening times were quite short, from 10am to 4pm and because we went out for the days we were there we didn't get to swim in the pool as we didn't have time, which was a shame.

The location itself is worth it, it's basically on the beach with sand dunes and a nature reserve. Our chalet was practically spotless, we didn't have to do any cleaning at all. We went during term time and it was so quiet, which was amazing. Really recommend going during a quiet time of year, it feels peaceful.

The water surrounding the chalet after the storm, was concerning. Price of drinks, we'll overpriced for J20s and shorts.

The chalet was clean and had good amount cutlery and plates etc provided. Entertainment for children was very good, enjoyed the shows and the staff were very friendly

Weren't aware prior to going that towels weren't included. Only 4 of each item in the kitchen which made dining as a family a little awkward. No inside space to dry clothes or hang wet coats. In need of a bit of a refurb but we'd booked the basic so can't complain. Lacking a few essential items in a fairly well equipped kitchen - oven gloves, scissors, chopping board.

Fantastic location. Walking distance (although steep) to the beach. Great indoor swimming pool. Lots of facilities on site. We had a couple of issues which were dealt with promptly by the helpful staff. Basic accomodation but met our needs for our week away.

Chalet was not like the photos on the site, it was a little dated. Found socks down the sofa so hadn't been cleaned thoroughly Restaurant not working to capacity and offered a limited menu and was expensive for what they were selling, obviously not there fault but stopped checking after Wednesday.

The bistro was on limited menu due to an issue with the fans, which we understand is unavoidable but was a shame as we were looking forward to eating out there in the evenings. Could do with a clothes maid in the lodge to hang wet towels on, as we couldn't put them outside due to the weather.

Lodge was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. Great value for money. Kids loved the pool which was warm and not over crowded. Beach is beautiful and quiet enough to enjoy with your own space. Staff were great.

I booked a pet free accomodation, but it wasn't. I contacted the management about it , then they finally provided a pet free house.

When you book it implies £45 for up to two dogs for up for five nights but it is PER dog so I paid £90 which is very misleading and the most expensive I’ve paid for this . After a few conversations with various people I was told they have had many complaints about this misleading advert !! So why not put PER day in advert ? They refunded £45 as a good will gesture but made a big thing about the “welcome pack “ the dogs get - blanket bowl treats and poo bags . When I arrived there weren’t any and no real apology . I hadn’t taken blankets or bowls with me but the check in young lad didn’t seem to care . Just said they are “ out of stock “ so I had to use human bowls for dogs and it was a wet weekend and was unable to dry dogs off as didn’t take blankets / towels for it . I again mentioned it as I left and again got a shrug and “don’t care “ attitude

Broken shower head. Loo roll holder fell off but we fixed it. Settee wasn't very comfortable.

Convenient and clean. Lots to do in local area. Great staff. Well equipped.

The floors were not hoovered properly. If you have allergy to dogs, cats... you can rent hoover for 20 pounds, but it seemed not worth it, as we stayed a few nights and the carpet was full of animal hair to start with. And thankfully none of us did have any allergy :) overall, all was cleaned.

Location is superb. Beds comfy. Great entertainment for kids. I will come back.

Was a little cold at times and even with heaters on they did turn themselves off.

Had pretty much everything we needed to self cater, we took hello fresh box and cooked every night.

The lodge carpet was covered in white dog hair,. No wifi Checkout wasn't obvious on the paperwork so we left keys at the gatehouse in the morning, but they didn't communicate with the main building so they called looking for the keys late that morning.

Great location. We didn't use site facilities as we just wanted the location. Easy access to the beach, nice little walk down. Really lovely planting gift. Keys left at gatehouse for flexible arrival. Good stock of crockery etc Plenty of blankets
