Only issue we had was with Hot water, didn’t work on one morning so meant cold showers but owner got a plumber to come and sort on the day (bank holiday)

Trying to find the flat

Very welcoming but was hard to find as the postcode covers a lot of properties, but it was a very cosy flat.

name on the property didn't match the one on booking.com so caused a little confusion on arrival. No signal on the tv when it rained heavily, this is probably out of the owners control. but worth noting if your thinking of a winter break and want to hunker down in bad weather/

Loved how this flat was set out and decorated. It made it feel spacious. Despite everything (other than the bathroom) being in one space it had everything you need for a stay in St. Ives. The photos of the outside of the flat made it easy to find and where the parking space is. Having parking was definitely a bonus. It was also really clean and tidy. Contact with the owner was easy and they were always quick to respond. Would absolutely book again.

Lovely comfortable flat, perfect for our 3 night stay, and really well equipped. The owner had thought of everything, and communication was excellent. Having a parking space in St Ives is such a bonus I would definitely book again.

There's was nothing not to like.

The flat is a little gem. It's out of the way with a sea view that you can see from the beach. There was everything in the flat you could ever need for a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was so powerful and the cleanest place we have ever stayed. And it was ideal to have off road parking.

It’s a flat, so there can always be noise disturbance from neighbours. We lost a bit of sleep as a result of slamming doors downstairs. shower head needs to get used too. Both pressure and temperature are set too high. watch out.

beautifully designed interior that provides high well-being factor. The flat was actually better in real life than in the pictures and as a couples retreat, it is perfectly suited. private parking was helpful. Seaviews from 2 angles.

We were made aware that the front door goes straight onto the road but you did need to be careful of passing traffic.

The flat was really homely, well equipped and very comfortable. Clearly a lot of thought had gone into making the property perfect.
