The only issue we had was the plumbing.

Breakfast outstanding, staff were all very helpful and welcoming, only problem we had was to do with the plumbing, which was delt with quickly and efficiently. Great location.

An amazing building but decor felt tired and not very clean both in rooms and central areas.

The deco is very tired in the room I stayed in. Curtains were not black out and very thin and the room smelt

Charming and delicious breakfast Comfortable bed and quiet (room at back of hotel)

Car Park a bit tough to find, despite having copious instructions to find it. Had to pop into hotel for clarification, as did someone else later. Suggest worth looking on google maps before hand, or perhaps hotel could provide printed map if anyone resorts to asking at the hotel.

Comfortable room, spectacular bathroom. Great breakfast, cooked to order. The city centre and market just a very short way. Lots of nice streets en-route to visit Cathedral if you plan to go there. Hotel car park at back of the hotel a lot cheaper than nearby public car park.

The room was the same as pictured but a lot of the decor was very tired and worn in the bathroom or stained etc. I think the photos were taken a while ago!! We had a balcony... over a carpark!

The location was really great for the city centre. The front of the building and entrance are very grand.

If you are driving you are encouraged to arrive and park in car park in Pottergate. Not easy to find. The instructions say look for a red sign but it’s black! Afterwards we realised we could have driven up to the lovely front entrance, unloaded and then gone to car park. This means your first impression of the hotel is from the ugly back of the building and via labyrinth of back stairs and passages. Slightly spoilt the surprise stay for my husband. Shower didn’t work but there was a lovely bath.

Lovely grand facade. Very friendly and helpful staff

Our bathroom was poor. Stained toilet, limescale on floor. The shower cubicle had black marks on, and it looked like it needed regrouting. The bedroom carpet was stained.

The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Bedding was clean. The aircon worked well.

The bathroom had black mould in the shower & the temperature control did not operate correctly. Also, the bathroom flooring was old & discoloured. The room had a balcony but it needed a good clean & coat of paint.

The staff were cheerful, friendly & helpful & the room was large with a comfortable bed.

The pipes made a noise and some creaky floorboards from the room above, but no more than I've experienced in other hotels. Decor a little tired in our room.

The breakfast was excellent and the location is perfect for central Norwich. Bed was firm and super comfy for me. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times, and provided a free upgrade because it was my wife's birthday.

Bathroom was abit grubby & black out curtains would be better for summer months. Very bright in the room from 4:30am onwards albeit a very pleasant stay.

Friendly staff (man at the reception was extremely helpful with recommendations and very polite) Great location for the theatre, bars, shops & restaurants. Good value for money. Hotel was quiet didn’t hear any other guests/or music.

It felt that my room was located in the old part of the hotel. The windows were "broken" and as my room was on street level you could hear a lot of noise. The room just felt a little tired and could have received a little more love. The TV was also not working properly. Apart from that, I do not have anything else to complain about

Great location for a solo traveller right in the center of Norwich. Great parking options right behind the hotel. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice. The room was big and spacious.
