You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hosts were keen to supply a good choice of well prepared breakfast and meet most requests. Rooms were well decorated clean and tidy, shower a little small but worked well, plenty of H Water.

Mark & Pearly we’re perfect hosts, upon arrival it’s coffee in the lounge, wide range of breakfast choices, room cleaned daily to high standard and they always had time to chat (using / remembering guests’ first names). I would recommend staying here, within walking distance of both beach and town centre

Mark & Pearly are excellent hosts who made the stay relaxed and enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble from the delightful breakfast cutlery and crockery to advice about the island, local restaurants, places of interest etc. St Georges Hotel is in a great location, quiet but near to the shops and beach with adequate parking for all the guests. Superb residents lounge & bar, great selection of books and music, also a great room to watch Emma Raducanu win the New York open courtesy of Mark finding the channel for us ! Our stay was topped of in style with a piece of Pearly's delicious coffee cake - it doesn't get any better than that !

United KingdomPerfect location. Everywhere in Shanklin is anywhere between 5-15 minutes distance. Close to the beach, close to pubs and the town. Staff were rally attentive, great customer service, they really wanted to make sure we were happy at all times. Bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Great Location, Very reasonably price, Very good breakfast. But most important was the Welcome I received from Mark & Pearly. Nothing was to much trouble for them. I have stayed at a number of Hotels & Guest houses in Shanklin over the years & I would say the Saint George’s Hotel run by Mark & Pearly is the best one I have stayed in & the best customer service. I will definitely book this guest house again.

Pearly and Mark are fabulous. Greeted us with a welcome smile and told us about the area whilst we devoured a delicious homemade cake. The accommodation is spotless! I felt I needed to take my shoes off to come in! Our room was big, bright and airey with a super comfy bed! Exactley what you want from a room. The breakfast is delicious we had plenty of choice and Pearly and Mark made sure we were set up for the day! The location is perfect it is set right in the middle of the old town and the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. We will be back! Thank you
