The stairs needed a hand rail. The rail in the wardrobe kept falling down No wi-fi and tv didn't always come on.

A very clean, well equipped apartment just a short walk from the centre and easy access to shop, bars and local attractions.

Only suggestion we had was having a fan would be useful. The apartment got quite warm on our first night and the bedroom was difficult to cool down so we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed for the stay (which was very comfy we must add).

Great location and lovely apartment. The hosts had thought of all the little touches to make us feel welcome. We really appreciated having tea and milk there when we arrived. Gunwharf Quay was a 5 minute walk so the location was prefect for our plans. We would stay again

We loved everything about the apartment.

We liked how close that we were to the shops, bars and restaurants. The parking space was great. The apartment was in a very quiet residential area which ensured that we always had a peaceful night's sleep. The apartment was very well presented and it had everything that we needed. There were extra touches for example a bottle of pressecco and biscuits. It was a very comfortable apartment and very clean. The bedding and linen were very clean and a set of clean towels etc was left for us for our second week. The instructions about gaining access were very clear with additional information about the surrounding areas. We had a very enjoyable stay.

This is an easy question, I liked everything. The communication before the stay was first class, the directions were spot on and the accommodation was fantastic. Clean, superb location and fantastic facilities - look forward to staying there again.

AS we were in our 80ts we both found the stairs difficult to use with out a stair hand rail.

All of the fertility in the flat and all the little extras that the client left for us to use. The flat was in a nice quite area and within easy distant to all the locally attraction. We park the car when we arrived and did not use it till we left to come home.

Loved this apartment, particularly its location - 5 mins walk to the Registry Office where we were attending a wedding and also only a few minutes to Gunwharf Quays. We really appreciated the prosecco, milk and snacks that were left for us. Good to have free parking too and a really great set of instructions on how to find it etc. Will stay again, and recommend to others!

The shower was extremely hot and unable to regulate it. Not many channels to watch and after a certain time the programmes just cut out.

There was a massive list of 'do and don'ts' from where to park and what would happen if you got it wrong, when the key code would be active, being quiet, rules and regulations about the Apartment Management Company etc etc - which was more daunting than welcoming. But could have done with more helpful general info about the area, and the apartment - FAQs - TV etc.
