- Noise during the evening, due to the close pub; - The bunk bed where I slept was noisy, you have to hope the one in the bed over you doesn't move too much.

- In front of the underground station; - nice room and furniture; - sink in the room.

I like privacy curtains in hostels so would have appreciated that. I was also on a top bunk and was lacking a shelf.

Stayed a night in 4-bed female dorm on a Tuesday night. Plenty of space, mirrors, plugs etc. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Shared bathrooms were clean and numerous - e.g. no issues waiting for a shower. I wasn't there for a hostel atmosphere (meeting people etc.) so it was perfect for me. I'd imagine the bar downstairs is ideal for that though, if you're looking for it.

-The room was extremely hot and smelled, couldn’t even sleep because it was so hot - the bathrooms were out of stock of almost everything

The location is great right across the road from shepherds bush tube,has a bar and dj and seems to attract a good crowd,I think the most impressive thing for me was the hard working helpful staff...especially the cleaners This hostle is very clean and well run..showers,bathrooms Christina who is one off the bar staff is fantastic She deserves a promotion

Toilet and showerroom weren't that clean. 2 out of 4 toilet cabins on the first floor couldn't be closed. I saw somebody clean the shower by only wiping it down with a paper towel. No soap, no disinfection. I stayed in much better places for the same price but I am guessing it was okay for London.

The basement has very poor ventilation also it was uncomfortably hot down there at times, it could use a fan or two! The location is a bit dodgy. I spent the evening of the 1st at A&E at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital as I was attacked across the street by a crazy security guard of a shop and had to get CT scans and 6 stitches in the back of my head. As long as you are in at a reasonable you should be fine but otherwise the neighbourhood isn’t the greatest at night.

The staff were super friendly and professional. The facilities were good with a smoking terrace, very large chill out room in the basement.

It was noisy at night but I didn’t expect any less because of where it was located. I also thought there could have been a better selection of food at breakfast but other than that I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay again.

I chose to stay here because I was going to a gig in Shepherds Bush and the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I initially requested a bottom bunk but didn’t get my request and was told the beds were all booked up but I was compensated with a free breakfast, free drink at the bar and free towel which I thought was a great customer service.
