Unfortunately I had an uncomfortable situation with one of the night staff and the common bathrooms weren’t the cleanest

The staff who worked when I arrived and checked in/out were really lovely, the location was great and I liked the atmosphere!

Mostly I felt like I’m in a workers accommodation not in a Hostel. I think most of the people weren’t tourists, so they don’t have the culture how to behave at a Hostel. I think it would be great to have a little kitchen.

Great location, the metro station is really close to the Hostel. The staff were kind and helpful. The chillout zone was great.

I don't like sharing rooms with anybody. Especially people who are getting up For work. Housing situation is so bad many working people are living with strangers and tourists in i hostels a complete disgrace by the British government..

I wish there was a proper kitchen or else a mini oven not just a microwave - because of my allergies I have to prepare my own food but their MENUS are super excellent in every way. Their electronic keys can jam up / deactivate now and again but easily corrected by the ever Friendly Staff at Reception.

Good location with buses to almost all areas around London, three underground tube stations and an overground train station just opposite the Hostel - Shepherds Bush is so excellently connected. And just at the doorsteps of the Hostel is the gigantic massive shopping centre Westfield London and next door to the Hostel there is W12 shopping centre with favourite retail stores, Lidl, Boots, Savers and loads of take away outlets {Greggs, Mcdonalds, KFC, kebab and bakeries, restaurants, Charity shops - St Christopher's Inn Shepherd's Bush is one of the BEST in West London - they serve good food and you can prepare your choice of what you fancy in a Microwave in the LOUNGE - DINING AREA with comfortable sofas, large dining table, fridge and beverage utensils and free Bottled water Tank throughout the day until midnight. I also like their many showers which have powerful and have proper hot water and the cleanliness is superb even at night time - they have night cleaners!!!

No kitchen but it's indicated at booking and lots of cheap places to eat around. Smallish room and 3 tier bunks, but solid beds with plugs

Very well equipped and practical place. Good bathrooms, practical space, my 6 bed room was a bit small and not a fan of 3 tier bunks but all in all it's a modern, well organised place. Great location, practical for transport and with lots of shops and eateries around.

As is always the problem in hostels some showers were broken but had plenty more that worked, they were clean and water was hot

The staff seemed very indifferent about the guests’ problems (e.g. the door locker was broken and wasn’t fixed immediately).

The location opposite the Shepherd‘s Bush tube station was really practical.

There was no breakfast at all, so you had to use the local cafe in the area, I want to wash your hand there was nothing to dry your hands with. You need to have a towel with you using the toilet upstairs, also make sure you have your door key with you if you going to use the toilet, etc doing the night or you won't get back into the room unless there is anyone to open it for you. The lockers were in the room damaged and had no locks on them but for 2 where people brought their own.

The bar and everything else in that area was ok and the relaxing room seemed ok. The area which was situated close to the Westfield shopping center Shepard Brush is much bigger than Stratford in East London. It is worth visiting and on my first visit, there had to visit optical express for an eye operation at the time and stayed the night since I had to visit them again the following day for a check-up. I had something to eat burger and chips large I enjoyed it and was satisfied.
