Customer service was poor and the property wasn’t comfortable at all due to sound pollution at night from the restaurant and the room TV was completely out of service as there is no WiFi in the property.

The Bed was uncomfortable didn’t sleep well at all,the cupboard under the sink is very dirty including the microwave. The bathroom is very small and to use the toilet was very difficult because it was too narrow . The outside bin was by the window we couldn’t open the window because of the smell it was too much . The house need upgrade.

The description in the booking is not true. Therefore, trust in Booking is falling. Such hotels should be removed from Booking.com. Шf you have very little money and you only need a bed, you can spend the night. The location is bad, there is no service, the toilet and shower are very small and old and impossible to use. There isn't even a small mirror there.

It was filthy nothing like the pictures this should be removed from site there was grime an pubic hair all round the shower the wardrobe was broken tv didn’t work the door to room was unsafe hair in the bed it’s disgusting unclean dump hadn’t been cleaned for years

The key is left on the outside for anyone to take up, the add displayed a kitchenette, none in the room, broken mirror, dusty fan, table with broken shelve, dust every where, fridge not plugged in, towels smell terrible, bath glass door won't close all the way, carpet smells like smoke, door to room was broken, unsafe place to stay, sheets had stains

I didn’t like, - I was contacted the day before my stay, 6PM the night before. Saying there is an issue with my accommodation. For the purpose of ‘maintenance issues’, which I later discovered to be an overbooking error. - I was re-accommodated which is great, but it was into a smaller, shared apartment, which is not what I paid for.

The accommodation was terrible, dirt everywhere, mold dirty toilet, dirty towels in the closet, furniture broken, and the top was used ear stick in the bedside table disgusting.

When we arrive, we can’t understand how to get inside in house, in hall was already dirty.Room on picture and in real at all not matching ! .We come to the room we was shock . Was very dirty! Floors, table around all dirty. We left room after 10 min . We couldn’t stay in like that conditions ! ( I try download pictures but for some reason I can’t )

I arrived at 5pm and was told that I would need to open up the room I had payed to rent in the next 45 minutes for a house viewing, which was extremely intrusive and unprofessional. When I said I would be going vero the shop, the landlord said “that’s okay, I have a spare key” which printed me to take all my belongings with me to the shop and lock myself in the room at all times. The room was dirty and the mini fridge was switched off upon arrival.

Good apartment. It has all we needed during our stay. Very close to Elizabeth Line, DLR and Woolwich high street with so shops and restaurants.

A bit more organised things would have been better. Needs some urgent repair and maintenance. I cold happily manage as i kinda adjust anywhere bit for some other it might be a major concern. But at this price cant complaint much.

The self contained was very dirty and dusty. Mold on the bathroom tiles, all kitchen units were very dirty, wobbling taps, everything was unkempt to standard. The owner needs to bring the place up to standard. It was quite different from pictures. No utensil. Plates, all that could be useful in the kitchen, was absent.

The location was good. There is a shop for quick shopping. Packing was OK Bed manageable.
