We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Every member of staff was fantastic - special mention to Lucy on reception - and nothing was too much trouble, the food was phenomenal, drinks perfect and we were just gutted to leave! United KingdomOur room was on the third floor and felt like we were in the attic space. I’m not exactly a giant but I struggled to navigate round the bed without hitting my head on the sloping ceiling. The room was very dark aswell, I feel like rooms of that standard maybe shouldn’t command the same price tag.
We’ve been before, it’s modern where it needs to be but classically styled where suited. Very well situated for access to the town or the beach.

United KingdomRooms were quite dark - my wife could not easily do make-up etc. No dressing gowns We were offered the option of not having the room cleaned (we stayed two nights) - but we would not take that up again as it meant that on the second night we had no water, no clean cups and no tea ! Doing this to save the environement by not washing towels etc seems a good idea, but the basics need to be attended to.

Lovely location on sea front. Nice room and cosy bar. Staff were really pleasant, friendly and happy to assist. Liked the eco initiative on stays of 2+ nights where you can exchange cleaning of your room for a drinks voucher.

United KingdomWe had our well behaved dog with us but were unable to have breakfast with other residents enjoying the sea view. Instead we were shown to the bar where it was too dark to read the menu and because we were the only ones there, had no soul or atmosphere. The solution was to put our dog in the car and come back to join other residents. Since you advertise yourselves as pet friendly, it would be hugely appreciated if you were able to use a corner of the dining room for residents with pets? When we checked in, our dog was made most welcome and the receptionist pointed out the dining room right next to her saying that’s where you get breakfast!!

We were in a junior suite with superb views of the sea, west beach and golf course, our package included b&b and dinner, the breakfast menu was excellent with many options available for buffet or hot breakfast. The dinner was two choices from the Al a carte menu, there were numerous starters , main courses and deserts with supplements applied to a number of choices. The hotel location is on the sea front and within 3 minutes of the shopping areas, St Andrews is a superb location for golf lovers or a great place for a relaxing visit to a historic town in Scotland
