Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomHost was great and shared details required to settle in quickly (entry, parking etc.). Property is in an excellent area and just about a 10min walk to St. Albans City station - with rather quick links into London (which I also needed for work). The flat is modern and clean and ideal for an individual or small family/group. The city centre is within walking distance if you fancy the night life in St. Albans. For me, I was able to take long walks and runs around the Verulamium park. Highly recommended!

United KingdomView of railway & noise from trains. Difficult to have windows open & hear tv/radio when trains passing. No welcome pack, just a few tea bags & spoonful of coffee, no cleaning sprays. No serving bowls or cooking dishes.
Modern, bright apartment. Lovely clean & well maintained. Nicely furnished, good size bathroom with excellent shower. Decent size bath towels. King size comfortable bed. Car parking space Walking distance to city centre.

Paulyn is a one of a kind host! She smashes the going above and beyond ethic by a thousand miles. We had a slight issue which Paulyn could of not resolved any better, she put our family first and ensured that everything was the best it could be. It made our stay having an amazing host and a place of comfort after full days exploring London. Which could of not been more easier, less than 10 minute walk to the station from the apartment. We are already planning our next visit and will definitely staying with Paulyn again.
