Had a really nice stay at Spire Cottage (Harrys), Jan the host went over and above expectations the accommodation was fist class and as it was a cold weekend being able to use the wood burner was a real plus. Would recommend to anyone nice quit location pub just up the lane, could ask for nothing more !st class well done Jan we will be back often. Regards Robert Pearl and Charlie

Harry’s cottage was perfect, lovely and clean and bright, has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable break.

Lovely, quiet location. Great walk along canal to Chichester. Underfloor heating and log burner meant it was cosy and warm! A welcome hamper with homemade bread was a very nice touch.

It was clean and comfortable. Thank you Jan for the hamper of goodies. Great to be able to get some clothes washed and dried.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

Stunning setting, beautiful area with so much to do, wonderful welcome treats/ kitchen equipment and attentive but non intrusive host. Very cozy - was a shame to have no chance to use the woodburner

The TV in the lounge kept coming up with a poor signal message so we ended up watching the bedroom TV instead but it wasn't a major problem!

Jan very kindly provided a hamper of essentials - tea, coffee, milk, butter, marmalade & freshly baked bread - and some chocolate biscuits and wine! Just what you need after your journey. Her recommendations for local pubs for dinner were also very helpful.

Lovely cottage with nearby pub and post office/ shop. Friendly, helpful owner, very welcoming with freshly baked bread and butter, milk in fridge and super coffee machine. Very comfy bed and dog friendly. Nice little garden and nearby canal walk into Chichester. Lovely stay. Highly recommend

Everything. Modern, spacious and filled with light. Perfect to relax both inside and in out. Lovely uninterrupted views over the landscape. fresh bread, chocolates and wine were also given which we enjoyed during our stay which was a lovely touch.

There was nothing we didn't like at all

We stayed in Harrys Cottage which is next door to Spire Cottage and was self catering. Harry's cottage has everything you would want, very modern, bright and airy, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in a beautiful location. Jan is on hand for anything we needed or advice. Lovely local pub (The Spotted Cow) over the road and on a really good local bus service to so many places of interest. We chucked the car keys in the drawer and had a week bus pass ! Walked into Chichester via the canal towpath, enjoying a glass of wine and a pint from the pub at the end of the canal. We visited Portsmouth, The Witterings, Itchenor, Selsey, Bracklesham Bay, Birdham, Bosham and Emsworth - all really lovely places. Can't wait to return!

Good location for travelling to the beach, town and marina etc. Very high standard of finish to property. Enclosed space for dog.

Nothing - it was just perfect for what we wanted

The house was beautifully modern, tastefully decorated and furnished. Lovely enclosed garden, sunny location for the patio. Location excellent, walk/ bus into Chichester. Lots of walks from the door in the countryside and near to the coast. I would definitely recommend Harry’s place and would love to return.

Amazing place with some lovely views. Absolutely perfect for our two dogs. It’s not often you find a place which is better in reality than the photos of the place! Photos do not really show just how lovely the accommodation is. Beautiful place will definitely return at some point.

No problem with anything

Beautiful Harry's Cottage with excellent facilities in a quiet location. Lovely host welcoming and available as needed. Dog friendly if required with a variety of local public pathways on the doorstep. Local small shops and a pub in walking distance but several nice places to eat about 10 minutes away in the car.

Harry's place was generally very clean although we felt that because well behaved dogs are allowed to stay the rugs on the floor could do with a better cleaning

Harry's Place at Spire B &B is a fabulous place to stay, well placed for visiting lots in the area. It was so peaceful, will all that we needed & with good local pub/restaurants and takeaway choices. Jan was there if we needed her, but otherwise an unobtrusive host.
