The hill.

The bungalow was clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. It was lovely and quiet and only a short walk to the village but it's up a very steep hill. Had a lovely time.

We didn't realise the house borders a caravan park which was a bit noisy at times but this was a very minor inconvenience.

Communication with the owner and housekeeper was prompt and helpful. The property is even better than the photos show. The house is really spacious with 3 very comfortable king sized beds in 3 large bedrooms, lounge and separate dining room, 2 bathrooms and space to eat outside. We enjoyed the biscuits and complimentary tea and coffee. It is 5 minutes walk from the Ingleton waterfall walk, pubs and independent shops and galleries.

There wasn't anything that I can say that I didn't like.

Lovely, clean, cosy property. Had great little extras, tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, etc. fabulous location to use as a base. Comfortable beds. Homely decor.

Only one slight comment, when we arrived the seperate toilet smelt a little odd and foisty. Maybe from not being used for a while. But we just grabbed a loo block and after a few hours it was fine and never smelt it again.

The cottage was perfect for our trip to hike the 3 peaks in a day, and great to not have stairs !! Kitchen is very well equipped, beds are cosy and comfortable. And very clean. Plenty of storage space in each bedroom and loved the knitting basket, we all had a go and I hadn’t knitted for years.

It’s just a personal preference but the sofas were hard and a foot stool would have been a nice addition.

Cosy, warm and peaceful and only a short walk to the village. Comfortable beds and the property was very clean.

Nothing it was all great. Only one thing but being picky - I didn't really want to have to wash dishes on a holiday (no dishwasher!).

The bungalow was ideal for our family especially as our dog doesn't use stairs and hates wooden floors, so rare to find carpeted accommodation these days. We had more than enough space and were very comfortable. A great location for local walks or a little further afield too (all the walking books were a bonus and used well!). We hope to return soon.

Nothing to not like.

Very homely and beautifully decorated. Colour schemes were lovely with complimenting canvas photos of picturesque local sights and maps. The WiFi was good, sufficient facilities and the location was excellent. I would only say the beds were a little too soft but not really an issue. The way the bungalow is set out worked well for us as a family, and rooms felt spacious. There were even books and knitting for us to do.

Cosy and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Sits quietly at the edge of a lovely little town with plenty of places to eat and walking routes.

Nothing. There is no garden but the secluded patio is very pleasant.

Spacious throughout as described - with three good sized bedrooms and a nice living room. We made a late change with friends managing to join us and the owner was extremely helpful. The location is also good - a pleasant stroll into Ingleton.

The house was easy to find, was very clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night to have a practice run of two peaks. Well located, quiet, short walk to pubs, was a joy to stay.
