Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandA wonderful place to stay with family in London: close to London Bridge station and Borough Market, walking distance to the city and London Eye. Our family of 4, get suite room - plenty of space. Wifi in the room worked ok. The best thing about the hotel was breakfasts - variety of sweet and non-sweat food and beverages - everyone was satisfied and could choose what everyone wants (our kids are 8 and 10 and sometimes they are picky). We will definitely choose the hotel for our next stop in London.

The location was 4min walk from my concert venue so excellent but the Staff start to finish were so friendly welcoming the decor like nothing I ever saw before made it si fun/happy vibe.i skipped breakfast as was busy & I was hurry but I ordered a burger meal the evening to collect in dining area & that was quick easy lovely.

IrelandI do like a cool room to sleep but couldn’t get the air con to reduce the temperature (the sign suggested that there are summer/winter settings which could not be adjusted). The air con was a little noisy, but not disruptive to sleep.
The public areas were clean, comfortable and calm. The decor throughout the hotel was vibrant and imaginative, lots of fun for my 10-year old son. The beds were very comfortable and the curtains blocked out any light coming into the room. Breakfast offering was great, lots of choice and well-staffed so items were replenished quickly

I shared a twin room with a friend and there was plenty of space for both of us and everything we needed. Our room (319) looked out over the car park at the back of the hotel and had a great view of the Shard. Despite the hotel being busy, the corridor outside the room was quiet and we were not disturbed at night. The hotel provides an excellent continental breakfast (probably the best I've had), with plenty of choices. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. I loved the quirky theatre-inspired decor in the downstairs areas. Parking is available on site (recommend you get there early if driving as there aren't all that many places). It's not cheap (£38/day) but, for us, was worth it for the convenience.
