Bar closed very early the parking was a hit or miss. Room wasn't the best and other guests noisy and easily heard.

Booking in on arrival no problems .Good breakfast the staff were more than helpful.

It’s a little dated, could do with a lick of paint and new shower head but all worked fine.

Staff were lovely and the location was perfect. It was a comfortable well sized room for a family of 3.

second stay here great value for money , very clean, friendly staff , great room with a very comfortable bed and a sea view this time i think it will be our regular stay when we are in Blackpool just a nice easy enjoyable experience, good breakfast on the Sunday too

Dated carpets and lounge furniture and the TV in room aerial socket not fixed to the wall correctly and therefore no tv available to watch but overall we had an excellent stay with Sammi a great host and the breakfast was spot on

I arrived to early was told i can book in early for an extra £20 if they had a room i could have why do i need to pay extra. I had to go back later at 3pm to book in i was in blackpool to watch the football that starts at 3pm .i was driving back to Scotland early in morning was told to park my car where people are leaving in morning and i would be able go early .come the morning the kitchen was locked the owner was cooking breakfast in there on door it said 9am open i was blocked in could get away when kitchen opened i went in he said clock out is 10 am at this time i was getting angry i had to wait for the other guests to come down have there breakfast and leave so i could finally get away 2 hours late hotel and property was fine the owner needs to change his attitude towards his paying guest

Our room was tiny, too small with only a 3/4 size bed. We did however get a good cheap deal, so got what we paid for. I think that maybe tomatoes could be an option on breakfast, has i dont eat bean. Thats just my preference.

Just got back from south beach promenade blackpool.The acting management and rest of staff were exceptional, welcoming, polite, and nothing too much trouble. Wishmaal was excellent at his job. Jade, the barmaid, went above and beyond as well. There was excellent emteryainment on for New Years Eve. Breakfast was served fresh and hot and cooked exactly to my liking. The bar area is very spacious, and clean. Our room was clean, and very warm. We will definitely go back, but book a larger room. Thankyou to all management and staff

They are so friendly at hotel and were happy with any request to make stay great. Vishnu was on hand throughout and made News Year Eve so much fun. Jade is a ray of sunshine and did everything possible to enhance our stay, how she managed on New Year’s Eve behind and in front of the bar was amazing. Breakfast was very tasty and again jade keeps it running smoothly. There was an issue with the front door but this was fixed during our stay making access easy. One of our rooms on top floor was a little cold but again resolved quickly and an additional heater provided with no issue. Hotel is a little tired in places but this is reflected in the price. We will definitely rebook again.
