The hot water is hit or miss… the temperature fluctuates between cold ans lukewarm during the shower. Also the doors bang quite loudly.

Great location. Room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Nice new sheets and towels. The staff are welcoming.

Room was hot and no way to temp control. Requested a fan and just slept with a sheet and the window open. The bathroom and shower were very small.

Comfortable bed. Very quiet property inside and out. No outside noise even with the window open. I also loved the complimentary toilette brand!

The bathroom was a bit small but adequate. We did have an issue with workmen who came to the room checking the bathroom, as apparently there was some issue on the floor below, they stayed too long unnecessarily as there was clearly no water leakages. They didn't replace a tile they removed, leaving pipes exposed & some debris on the floor!!

Great location, clean, very comfortable bed - good linen, bright room (big windows, we were on the 2nd floor at the front). Everything we needed; tea & coffee making, hair dryer, iron & board - if we'd needed it! :)

Brilliant Location, friendly staff and very helpful, rooms really clean and for the area of London no accommodation could even get close to matching the price of Sonder! Very satisfied and when we come to London again I’ll look at Sonder first. Thanks again

No room service so need to get the garbage bag from the front desk and place it outside the door when it’s full, so that the staff will clear it for you. We didn’t know there wasn’t room services, and the bin doesn’t come with a garbage bag in it! You can imagine what happen next.

It’s a very new hotel, only 3 weeks old (which is roughly into service at the start of Easter holiday, last week of March,2024) Their “key” is a code sent to our email so we don’t need to worry the key will get missing. Love it. Just a 5 min walk will reach the Gloucester Road metro station, and there are restaurants and grocery stores (Tesco), post office near the station. A very convenient location.

The room was really hot all night. The radiator wasn't on but it was still really hot. The window didn't open very far and there's not air conditioning.

No room cleaning or top up of essentials so had to go looking for extra teabags, toilet paper, clean towels etc. Safe instructions were wrong and had to call front desk Front desk when checked out could have asked if we’d enjoyed our stay and as it’s a newly opened hotel could have asked if there is any feedback we can improve on.

I relocated twice my room; first time because it faced to street and the second one was next to the lift:) But the receptionists are very nice and helpful and relocated my room. Everything was good and comfortable.

Clean rooms with iron box, iron table, hair dryer, washing bags, moisturizer, Nespresso Machines (with milk powder), and even conditioner. The staff at the concierge were extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel was amazing! We ended up booking really last minute, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Every staff member we met and worked with was amazing -- so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was comfortable with amazing amenities. It had a great location near the Gloucester Road tube stop, with markets, restaurants, pharmacies, and more within walking distance. We loved every part of our stay here and would definitely stay again!

YOU CAN OLY CHECK IN IF YOU CREATE AN ON LINE ACCOUNT WITH PHOTO ID PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENCE - in the UK why ? Passcode for room only available if you do this I would not do this despite verifications mail and didn’t have either with me so NOT ABLE TO HAVE A ROOM 😯
