Shower was missing fittings and was only very hot, too hot to use, unfortunately. Lift did not work consistently. One of the lights did not work. I did not have time to try to get staff to sort the issues, as was a brief visit.

Great location, spacious room, very handy having the kitchenette with the toaster and microwave. Fairly quiet and good black our curtains. Appreciate the air conditioning!

The bathroom door is very hard to open, and cannot even completely close.

I like the Heating bracket in the bathroom. And the bathroom kind of separate the room into two. So the light won't bother my son's sleep even though I stayed up pretty late.

No handle on shower door, open soap/shampoo from previous user still in bathroom, sink wasn't very clean. Overall building not clean or looking finished e.g. paper signs with room number on it. Definitely not worth the high price.

I would suggest the hotel gets mattress and pillow protectors as my mattress was bobbly which I could feel through the sheet Also it saves the mattress getting sweat stained and that’s the same with the pillows although the one I slept on was new so had yet to be stained .

It’s position for what I was doing. After hearing so many negative reviews I didn’t know what to expect, but on arrival a very pleasant man checked me in He gave me a key card which then didn’t work so I went down to reception and he came up and using a machine reprogrammed the lock When I got inside the room I found a new bathroom and an air conditioned room However it was missing a kettle so down to reception again and the receptionist said he would bring me one which he did. All in all I had no complaints the bed was very comfy and I slept well The TV worked and the shower was good There were toiletries I didn’t use them as I had my own .

Despite putting the sign requesting service on the door at 7.30am, when we left for the day, when we returned later that day the room had not been serviced at all. No clean towels, bed not made. It was obvious that no housekeeping had been done at all.

Housekeeping never came, towels left on floor and bed not made. Extremely rude staff on the chat. Asked to book parking and was told had to call on the day due to limited space. Makes more sense then to book in advance to secure the parking but logic didn’t seem to cross their minds.

The bed was super comfy, had an air conditioner and good location.

The paint on the walls is worn. The beds are too soft.

Spacious quiet and big room with great windows. It is close to the River Thames and the city centre. Bus stop and shop are very close, underground 10 minutes walk away.

Letting me know I was going to be in a windowless room! Felt like a prison cell! Advertising on your little card that there was daily housekeeping, my room didn’t get done the whole time I was there, no toaster, no full length mirror, no tea or coffee, no free London city map. I had to put my rubbish out my door. It’s the little things you need to concentrate on. I had to ask for a hairdryer and iron and ironing board.

Aircon didn't work. Very hot inside even when the weather was cool. Microwave couldn't be switched on. No cold water in shower. Shower water was hot like sauna. Could hear children crying in the day and sb singing karaoke at midnight.

My stay was for a week and it was only 'cleaned' once in that time. The walls had marks all over them and the bedding on the base of the bed was filthy. The power was tripped multiple times a day in my room and the fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay. Usual items such as a hairdryer and TV remote, etc. Were not available in the room.

It would have been less stressful if early check in and car parking could have been guaranteed beforehand. A second door key would also have been useful for the family room as one parent returned with the children and the other parent stayed at the wedding but had to wake them up to get in later that night.

We booked two rooms close together plus a family room. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to attend a wedding in Battersea Park. The self catering facilities were useful for the family room with children who were able to retire early to make bedtime drinks and breakfast. Having two rooms next to each other was reassuring for family members sleeping on their own.

No tv available - tried to get the remote and batteries changed three times - never fixed no-one interested really and only 1 staff on who couldn’t leave desk so even tho tv looked good and red light was on I could never watch Frustrating
