Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOne of the bedrooms has a double bed made up from a single which means you can't close the door ,my colleague had to unmake the bed after a long day travelling this is the only thing that was a minor problem everything else was superb
A great place it was immaculate,you could easily just move in ,wish we had booked a week off to stay ,you have the use of the whole house with a dishwasher, washing machine,fridge freezer,good size garden area with table and chairs,2 toilets bath and shower and 3 bedrooms,all you need to do is bring or buy some food.

A really nice ground floor flat, very spacious, 5 of us very comfortable here. Really nicely decorated. All the basics you'd need. Clean, well kept and good location with a convenience store a 5 min walk away and easy parking. Host was very responsive. Great for easy access to Glasgow with a car. We would be pleased to use this accommodation again.

Property was clean. Host Joanna made sure everything was in place. Had basic toiletories, toilet rolls etc. Spacious rooms with 2 baths Easy to find keys Requested for a ground floor property due to my condition and lucky to get one. Netflix and other apps in TV was add on.

IrelandJust back from a 2 night stay at this apartment. The apartment was spacious & super clean. As a family of 5 we all really enjoyed our stay here. Brilliant location for Celtic fans, the stadium is within a 3 minute walk. We would definitely book smart sleep apartments in the future, next time we will rent a car. There is a bus service in and out of city centre.
