Bathroom was smelly, the flush button on the toilet wasn’t even there, the room was on the second floor and had to climb 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift.

Secure building, room had a private bathroom which we were very thankful for, and conveniently only a 2 minute walk from a tube station.

Amazing location, with a Tesco and metro station nearby. The dorms are hostel dorms, nothing special. Three beds can be a bit much tho. The curtains give you a little privacy and the usb port right beside the bed is wonderful (so you don't need the uk adapter).

The bunk beds have three levels. Mine was the top one and even when the price is so low, you expect at least seat straight in the bed. I´m not tall and I couldnt seat straight because my head was touching the cealing... The toilets and showers were very worn out. Old facilities.

The price and the location. The staff was nice and helpful. When you pay this price for a bed you have to know what to expect. They haver a big kitchen and dinning room. Also lockers for a price.

I enjoyed staying here due to the privacy because it included a curtain to cover the bed. Don't forget adapter for charging. You can buy it at the hostel or at any store.

Breakfast wasn't really worth paying for

Central location close to bus stop and tube to get around easily. Staff were really kind and super helpful. Storage under bed was big enough to accommodate a larger medium suitcase. Showers were warm and water pressure was good. Beds were comfy and had everything needed. Room temp was almost too warm so lovely in winter.

I didnt like the beds, bevause they were too short. All night my legs were hurting because there was no space for me to relax.. the kitchen and bathrooms are nice, but I didnt come here to eat, I came here to sleep, that is the most important thint in a hostel and it was quite bad. During the night it was very hot snd there was no air in the room.

incredibly hard to find, spent a while finding the location, and when i got there i just had to stand in the doorway waiting for the staff to see me and open the door for me, other then that though i did really enjoy it all

i really enjoyed the location, felt like everything you´d want to see was only a few minutes walk away, extended my stay here cause i kept finding out there was more to see around the hostel

I booked for a bed months before and requested for a lower bunk bed due to my height. They acknowledged it but when I arrived at the property, the staff said he can't grant my request. Also, the cleaning staff took away my shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. Just found out it's gone when I came back at the property (they shouldn't just dispose valuables without asking the guests).

The bathroom is incredibly small, and so are the beds. The storage lockers are incredibly difficult to fit all your belongings into and are truly noisy. You will need a proper padlock to lock your belongings. Moreover, in the morning, it was quite challenging to take a shower, as there are 6 people in a bedroom, hence, wait times can be long if you don't get up sufficiently early. Changing in the bathroom is challenging, as everything becomes incredibly wet.

The location is superb, with ease of access to central London and Russel Square underground station, which connects you anywhere. With regards to noise, there are no complaints on this front, the neighbourhood is silent; my bed was close to the window, and I slept incredibly well. The heating was also working very well at times even a bit too hot. The shower was nice and warm too.

3 flights of stairs lugging a suitcase is not easy! The kitchen strangely closed between 7pm and 7.30pm, right when we were trying to cook dinner for our kids. The beds were short, OK for me (170cm) and the kids, but my 185cm tall hubby was a little squashed. There was a good looking breakfast available each morning (I think it was 7 pound?) but we just did our own.

Great location, very close to Russell Sq tube station and a Tesco local supermarket. The Hop-on-hop-off-bus had a stop at the end of the street. Typical backpackers decor and facilities. Rooms are small, and private ensuite in the 4 bed room was absolutely tiny, but did the job and the shower was hot and strong. Room was warm and clean, and surprisingly quiet. Earplugs are provided for free from reception. Communal kitchen well equipped, and tables to eat at.
