Stairs are a bit squeaky.

Good value for money. There was no information that it’s like a hostel. 5 rooms, 1 shared kitchen and 1 shared bathroom. It would be great to put this information in the description of room. Tbh, no complains for this price :)

You may want to sort out the squeakiness of the stairs. The noise can be very distracting at night especially when everyone is sleeping. A supple sign should also be placed in the bathroom to clean after use. I have to clean other stayers mess before I could use the showers. I noticed some spices in the kitchen cupboard. As I wasn't sure whether it's for the whole house or for another stayer, I decided not to use. A sign would be nice for that.

The bed was comfortable. table, hair dryer, kettle and tower were in my room. The room was exactly as it was when booked. The kitchen was clean as well as bathroom. I was about to go out when I heard other people trying to check in, but the code to the code was wrong. When I opened for them, their room was locked (either occupied or the keys mistakenly taken away). I gave them the landlord's contact number and it was sorted very quickly, which was good. Small, yet comfortable single room. Kitchen and room have all that could be needed. Wifi is good and area is quiet with a an easy walk to Cribbs Causeway. Super good price in an area where there is high demand.

Sharing a single bathroom between five bedrooms. The initial description was unclear if the bedroom was ensuite or not. For the price, sharing the bathroom is reasonable. However, the property would really benefit from a second bathroom as there was a queue to use the facilities at times.

Room was clean. When the bed broke in my original bedroom I was able to move to a larger room. Area peaceful and parking plentiful.

Firstly, the description is not at all upfront about where you are staying. This is not a spare room in someone's house. It is a house that has been turned into a hostel with the bare minimum investment. There is 1 small bathroom and 1 small kitchen between 5 rooms. You have no idea who you are sharing the house with....so thank god there's a lock on your room door! The walls are thin and other occupants were making noise washing up dishes and taking showers in the middle of the night so I couldn't really sleep. The room was tiny and very hot. The bed would at least be comfortable...if it wasn't covered in the cheapest, nastiest bedding you've ever seen. I genuinely considered sleeping in my car instead. Overall I would not recommend at all and will not be staying here again!

The shower and kitchen were good. The place did appear to be clean. Check in was easy.

A lot of noise, I was woken up at about 2:30am from people in the house shouting at each other having an argument. They were then chatting outside in the garden and had a delivery. I also shut the window because of the smoking in the garden. Could do with a TV in the room.

Room was very, very clean and the bed was comfortable even if it's a single and you're right next to the radiator and window if it's hot or cold. It's also very cheap and has a good size shower. The car park is 30 seconds walk, good size and pretty empty.

Nowhere on the listing does this say, you are staying in a house converted into a hostel with 4 other guests. The description and the actual experience are so devoid from each other. I had constant issues with the other guests staying there. I was locked out one night by another guest taking the only key that is used for entrance. I was then locked in by the same guest hiding the key instead of storing it in its location. I was awoken by a drunk yelling and banging in the night on one night and the final straw on the final night was coming back there, walking into the house, smelling alcohol everywhere and then being threatened by someone who was in the bathroom, completely drunk, rolling around and not in their right mind. I had to leave, it was not fit for purpose nor safe. I had to find another hotel last minute at 7pm and was never refunded.

The room was very small and furniture was awkwardly placed. Very noisy. First night when I arrived was not very pleasant. Guests in room next to me were super loud at night......which was very uncomfortable as my whole room was even shaking from their late night activities. In general, the walls are thin and you hear a lot of noise especially when someone is walking the stairs. Stayed for 4 nights, so got used to it. the whole neighbourhood was very questionable aswell. As much as I try to accept everything and not to complain much, wouldn't stay here again.

I'd say it's an ok option if you can't find anything else around. The kitchen was quite nice and had everything that was needed. Bathroom was alright, good shower.

As a women I felt intimidated staying here. Very noisy and there was a group of men banging around up and down stairs slamming doors and using toilet frequently. There was no staff around unless that was them. I got no sleep and the noise started again at 6am. Room ok but overall experience wasn't good.
