Room was not clean,, there was girls hair and something on bed some tissue paper was on bed,, we cleaned before going to bed. It looked like Someone already used it but staff didn’t changed bedding.

I liked the location and area.

There was no key in the key safe: I had to knock on the door. No towel in room.

No communication from the owner/staff whatsoever. It was so confusing getting in and around the place, and knowing which room to lodge on the first day. Providing TV in the rooms would really add value to the place.

The facilities are modern and neat, and the location is accessible.

There was hair all over the duvet, the duvet itself was unironed and there was a used towel left on the radiator in the bedroom. I doubt the room was properly cleaned after the last guest. As for parking, it was almost impossible

Location was easy to find although parking was extremely difficult to find.

It was literally a room in a house so you had people coming and going at all hours with no sound proofing. No towels provided and parking was off on a side street.

Communication from host was very good before we arrived. Told us how to contact them and how to get into the property and everything was as we thought it would be. Had no issues.

Cleaner was excellent - plenty of re-supply of products, assisted me with luggage. There's a kitchen and garden. 2 floors with shower/loo on each. Comfortable room.

Additionally, the lack of adequate security measures, such as continuously open front doors, underscores the deficiency in the property's safety protocols.In light of these circumstances, it is advised to exercise caution when selecting accommodations. This particular property fails to meet expectations and falls short of the anticipated standards. Overall, the property owner or manager is highly unreliable or dependsble

Locks were stiff and difficult to use. Stains on ceiling and on the bedroom wall. Never had any communication with the host. Although I was expected as the front door was open on the latch. I was conscious of someone in the next room coughing throughout the night and thought there must be a sick person in there. If I had known I would have taken the room further away halfway up the stairs.

The room was very reasonably priced so I did not expect luxury. I saw no one apart from two other guests in passing. The lock on my bedroom door stuck and was difficult to use. There were water stains on the ceiling and wall. The bed was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean. The shared bathroom was smelly as it was the only bathroom shared between several guests. There was no hot water on the first morning. On the second morning there was good hot water and the shower was fine, Location was very good for me as near to my son and family.

I booked room 3 and they changes me to room 4. When we got there it was dirty the towels where wet there was mould on the walls dirt on the side a toenail on the bed and the radiator was broken the shared bathroom was also disgusting. We emailed them hoping they could do something about it. We ended up buying a new hotel and never got a response from this place. Do not recommend at all!

tHe fact that having paid our evening was ruined as we couldn't get in.

I Was unable to even get into the property due To the fact that the owners did not give us the code to the key box and we could not contact them on their telephone.We were outside for half an hour Using a four letter code we got in OCtober when we had booked but obviously it was not the code. I have sent two emails to the owners who do not accept responsibility.WE expect a full refund and would never use them again and do not think they should be on your books. hIlary Allen.

Faulty things and dirty

The bed springs were sticking in back , 3 days broken sleep ,backache downstairs light and bathroom light not working even afteri complained I want my money back

There was no management. No one to greet. Main door was unlocked (unsafe as people could come and go), there was evidence of smoking illegal drugs, class c and b, no health and safety guidelines, no smoke alarms (smoke alarm on 1st floor covered) , no fireproof doors, no heating, no warning for the general heater in bathroom (it was taped to the wall). No windows in bathrooms and no access to the washing machine unless you went through room 2. I have photos to prove it. Have strong intentions to report to authorities as people can die

There is no hosts and that means if they don't send you the codes to check in, you will locked out all night and may have to find alternative accommodation.
