Loss of electricity but this was resolved by owner. No access to front of property to be picked up by taxi.

The air fresheners in the bathroom were very over powering smelling like new plastic dolls other than that can't complain about nothing

It was lovely and clean the owners were lovely fair play I'd recommend to anyone we were very happy with everything and if you wanted to stay in and cook you could there is a nisa shop close by

Could have been a tad cleaner, needed a mirror in bathroom and hooks/ hanging space for coats etc. Only two bath towels provided no hand towel/hair towel and no tea towel.

neighbours above where noisy, you could hear constant stomping, running back and forth throughout the day & evening which was rather strange. I thought the property had a sofa bed which it didn’t so my son had to sleep on the sofa, but the sofa was comfortable apparently!

The whole place is grubby Dirty marks on walls, especially round light switches and door handles Glasses, cups, utensils, dirty needed cleaning before use. Wooden utensils in drawer are mouldy, the whole drawer smelt Stains on carpet Skirting boards filthy Needed to sweep the floor on arrival Spilt coffee stain down the side of the bed on wall and carpet Only patio doors No front door, blind broken doesn't reach to the bottom of the glass so people can see in No hairdryer No shower gel, empty on wall Broken drawers under wardrobe Not a private apartment building as advertised Definitely not sound proofed, I could hear the people upstairs talking! No plug in sink, shower front stuck on with sellotape Mould in shower Issues with plumbing, every time upstairs flush toilet or run water the sink makes an horrendous noise Rubbish and rotting food outside in the carpark Directions impossible, the entrance is on a different road to that given and half the flat number is missing Decking is damaged It's not a nice area 5.30am upstairs were up and stomping across the floor No contact from the property to any of my complains I left a day early it was so bad I would definitely not recommend this place, they still haven't answered my messaged 4 days later

Only told instructions of how to get into property after contacting. Although advertised there is no sofa bed so not suitable for more than two people. There was no hot water which was promised would be sorted but never followed up whilst visiting.

The mattress and pillows were really cheap and thin and so the bed was very uncomfortable. Outside the flat was strewn with rubbish, it was disgusting. There was a flashing light directly outside the bedroom window.Both of these issues were reported but not fixed whilst there I wouldn't stay here as a woman alone as the entrance is on a poorly lit run down street

Inside the flat was clean and nicely decorated. Location was convenient and the parking was useful

Not much in all honesty, really good at filling its need.

The location was brilliant, close to train station and town centre. The facilities in the flat allowed you to do your own cooking. There was good internet so it is possible to work remotely from this property.

Not clean at all despite having to wait extra time for the property to be cleaned, there were still items from the previous stay in the fridge and the bathroom plus the floors were still dirty. This next bit did not bother me too much as I was out most of the time, but it is a point to be made for anyone looking to stay. The upstairs neighbour seems to always be in no matter what time of the day you might be in the property, the whole time all you can here is the thudding of someone (I think a child) running throughout the house upstairs. it is constant and would likely spoil a lot of people’s enjoyment of their stay.

Need to address standard of cleaning and maintenance. Mirror in bedroom and large mirror in living area very dirty, in fact I wrote 'clean me' with my finger in the dust and grease! Also dining table preset as in accom photos on booking.com looks like it has never been cleaned either. Crockery, cutlery and glasses dirty. Outside shower screen next to small sink very dirty( previous reviewer commented on these issues but nothing done) The toilet brush and waste bin has been replaced ( the old rusty ones have been left in the car parking area at the back of the property!) . Mirror needed in bathroom. Plug in shower room sink does not work properly. Can't open the wardrobe door and drawers properly. Needs a couple of extra shelves as no dressing table so the floor was the only option. No batteries in bedroom tv remote. Didn't use the washing machine as only there 3 days but really need to provide a clothes airer to stand on patio as nowhere to dry clothes. A small patio table and a couple of chairs would be good as reasonable size outside area but nowhere to sit. It is such a shame as all these things could be sorted in a couple of hours. If brought up to standard I would stay again for a short break, but unfortunately wouldn't recommend in it's present condition
