We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was very small. The guests near our room were extremely noisy, running about in the hallway/corridor after 11pm, set off fire alarm, banging on our door. This is not the fault of the hotel and the staff, just unfortunate for us!

United KingdomWe found the room too hot during the night, and although the radiator was off, because the window was sealed shut, we had no way of cooling the room down.
We had dinner in the Brasserie restaurant and although the pig cheek starter was under seasoned, the shorthorn beef main course was excellent and the apple and blackberry dessert was exceptional. Table service was also exemplary. Breakfast was well cooked, with good quality bacon and proper Cumberland sausage.
