The good news is that there is parking. The not so good news is that it is slightly tricky to access and you park in a line, so getting out is hard if you are first to park up. Having said that, parking here is very limited for non-residents so very lucky to to get parking at all.

The size of the apartment was great, facilities were excellent (even for a long stay) and cleanliness on point - I will definitely be returning.

Three flights of stairs, but we knew about them and it was absolutely fine for us. Would be a problem though for people with accessibility issues.

No complaints whatsoever, but perhaps perfection would have been reached with providing a few small bottles of shampoo/conditioner?

Our host (Juliet) was very helpful and welcoming and the quality of the fixtures, fittings and amenities in the apartment was first-class. This apartment is perfectly situated between Exeter St. David's and Exeter Central stations, with the cathedral, shopping, canal and quayside nearby. I think this is the best apartment we have ever rented! The final quality touch was a bottle of Prosecco and pint of milk in the fridge, plus chocolate biscuits to go with the tea and coffee. If it's available - book it.

Nothing we didn’t like, it was fantastic. If I was going to be super- critical (and the place was amazing so I feel awful) , it would be great if the bulbs in the lamps in the sitting room worked with the dimmer switch so we could have more ambient lighting on the evening. Same in the bedrooms. Like I say, it didn’t spoil a wonderful weekend and a high spec apartment which we loved, but just some feedback.

A beautiful apartment right near the city centre- less than 5 mins from Exeter central station. It had the biggest bed I’ve ever seen in an apartment and was so comfy! The kitchen was well resourced and although we didn’t cook more than a slice of toast, the facilities were all there for fully self catering if you wanted to. We chilled out on each evening, watching a bit of tv and having a wine- it was so comfortable and relaxing. The parking was brilliant too, no parking fees and right outside the door! Also, they allowed us to leave the car there after we’d checked out so we could go into Exeter for some breakfast. It was also fab that we could bring our little dog. We chatted to Marcus (who I assume was the maintenance man) as we were leaving, we was friendly and lovely. There is a lovely little courtyard for a morning coffee in the sunshine. Would highly recommend!

Although I like the self-check in. I would love for maybe a guest questionnaire, as there was a couple of emails back and forth. Could have save time with a form.

Attentive team and an absolutely incredible space! It was wonderful and felt like a holiday (when I was on a work trip). We will be booking again and have encouraged the company to use this hotel all the time!

I arrived over night so it was a little difficult to find parking at the property, however I did receive images and instructions on how to reach the facilities. This was definitely more of a user error than an issue with the property itself.

Nice and spacious, well-furnished, comfortable bed with the addition of a few snacks and amenities available upon arrival. The host was very friendly and kept communication open during the duration of my stay.

The windows are original, single glazed sash windows and so one can hear people in the street, if they are being inconsiderate. Fortunately the bedroom (Apartment 3) is at the rear, so it did not disturb our rest. We wanted to stay another night, however, the office is only manned Mon-Friday office hours so we could not arrange this, so our and the owners loss.

The apartment is in a row of Georgian houses, in a side street with no significant traffic. It is around a 15 min flat walk to the main shops and restaurant area, but there are also eating and drinking places within 5 minutes. The apartment was clean, modern and very equipped with quality appliances.

The stairway is tired.

I thought the stairway was a bit tired, but the apartment inside was great. The biscuits were lush. Good idea of the milk and juice. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were fab.

beautifully located so close to town … we stayed over the pre Christmas time so perfect for the Xmas markets and winter wonderland. you could see both from the front room. Juliet went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect upon arrival. will defo be visiting again.
