Lovely apartment and well equipped. Private parking and easy to contact manager. It was also pet friendly but we didn’t need to bring our dog in the end.

Sorry to say the mattresses were really not very comfortable , having a better mattress would hugely improve the property, could also be doing with a better range of kitchen utensils , being asked to pay a security deposit by bank transfer after booking there was nothing about this in any of the terms for the property , i didn’t pay it as it wasn’t on the terms had it been on the terms I would have chosen a different property

Found mould on one bed sheet. Host asked for £200 deposit after booking the flat. This condition should be mentioned on Booking.com. Otherwise no problems.

Double bed could have been more substantial. Thicker mattress etc.

Quiet residential area, close to local shops and public transport a short walk away. Nice to be able to cook own food and relax

The double bed was quite uncomfortable as it was super loud and creaky. Every move made a terrible sound and kept us awake/felt uncomfortable.

Super easy to check in and email before was helpful in finding the property. Great space for our little family stay with a toddler and tidy property too.

Instructions on how to lock the front door and how to use the shower in the ensuite. (Although Mungo responded quickly to our questions and acknowledged that this needed to be added to the welcome instructions).

The apartment was very tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean - with some added personal touches. Mugo, the owner quickly responded to all our queries and offered to provide assistance if required. This apartment was a perfect base for us to explore Worcestershire and visit relatives in Coventry. We will definitely us this apartment again. Thank you.

It's not that I don't like it but maybe not convenient for other people. The apartment is on 2nd floor and can only be access by stairs.

Very quite neighborhood! They have playground for children nearby. Very accessible to different places and few mins drive to asda. Almost everything you need are there already, from linens, towels, handwash etc. Would like to come back again!! Host (Mugo) was very helpful if we need anything.

Shower in en-suite very small (obviously I know you can’t change that!), light in en-suite didn’t work also. No key in double room to open window (was really warm Friday night). A tea towel in the kitchen would be a good addition.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows extremely flat and bedding smelt unclean, sparse equipment in kitchen and oven set off heat / smoke detector, generally needs a refresh and thorough clean. What is such a shame is that all the previous negative comments from the past few years are identical to what we thought. If the problems could be rectified it would be an ok place to stay.

The floor hadn’t been hoovered and there were bits underfoot throughout the property. The curtain rail in the master bedroom was loose at the wall and you have to handle with care to avoid it coming down. Overall, despite these two points, this property is very affordable and a bargain for the central location and facilities.

Central location with excellent family friendly activities and park close by, including Lidl and Iceland. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Convenient parking next to property. Bright open space with all necessary amenities and utensils. Washing machine with dryer was an unexpected bonus.

There was 1 VERY FLAT single pillow per person and beds were quite a bit dodgy, squeaky and wobbly

Location out of the town centre and the assigned parking spot just off the door was a great point.
