the house is located near the stadium LiverpoolFC. Is quiet area far from busy town. House is nice. We had double room with private bathroom. In room was everything what we nedded. Room was big enough for us. Very modern and nice bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen is available. Beside house is bus station and 4 different busses to town every 15 min. Brett property manager is very nice and answers on all question.

The rooms were perfect, we booked the ensuite rooms and each had a kettle and a tray with tea and coffee, a TV in each room, lots of space for unpacking your luggage and towels are also provided. The kitchen is spacious and the facilities are great. There’s also an iron and hairdryer if needed. Most of all Brett was very lovely and talked us through what facilities are available in the property and for us to just feel free to use them. He also gave us tips on how to make the most of our trip and places to go. It was also very handy that the property is close to a takeaway, off-licence (we didn’t go but we saw it on our way to the takeaway) and shops to get essentials if needed. It was great too that it is just a short walking distance to the Anfield stadium and a very short walk to the bus stop to go to the city centre and back. Thank you so much for having us!

I wished all the visitors followed to the rule of not wearing shoes around the property ;-)

Modern standard at the property. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable room with ample of storage space. Clean bedding and towels provided. My stay at this property was relatively inexpensive. In my opinion the standard of this property surpassed the standard of some of the hotels that I happened to stayed in during my time in Liverpool. Very welcoming, kind and super friendly manager. I would definitely recommend :-)

I always expect the property to be perfectly clean and this one was clean, but not as perfect as it could be. Little bit noisy from the outside.

Room was just enough for what we needed - nice place to sleep over and have a rest and shower. Kitchen is huge, very well organized and has everything you need for the stay. Property is on a walk distance (10-15- min) from Anfield stadium. Host Brett is simple, kind and helpful lad. Everything went smooth and easy. Neighborhood is a bit rough and not so close to city center, but if you want to experience ordinary life of a working class this is a perfect spot and Uber is not expensive.

One of the best accommodations I've seen in a while. A nice room, well furnished. Excellent spacious kitchen with everything you need in it. Location's ok, not very far from the centre. Newsham Park is just across the street.

The location is a bit far off the centre but there is a bus running just down the road, so it’s not really a big issue.

The instructions were clear and simple. The room was nice with an en-suite. The bed was comfortable. Everything was fine!

Everything was great, but it would be nice to have some curtains in the room, because the shades are not quite enough, and in summer the room is completely bright by 6am. Also, the bed linen was a bit shorter than the mattress, which was a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious, though.

The room was great and the location easily reachable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the check-in and check out process was really easy. Everything looks modern and very new.

Well, where should I start… Firstly – did my stay meet expectations? Expectations depend –– if price and level fine? Yes!! Definitely! Excellent! And close to everything! Then – my flight got cancelled – so got a room for one more night! Took a while to get the go ahead and key - because depended for other bookings to be giving feed-back…So, I got a room – best one – no 2 – for free! Thanks to caretaker Brett and owner Daniel! Added extra value over my stay for 5 days to have a change to meet both and conversations was very inspiring!

The instruction says that the room number is mentioned on the booking confirmation but we couldn’t find it. It would be great if Room Number could be highlighted in the message

Located close to the heart of the clty which is accessible by Bus/ Taxi or even walk if you are up for it. Every instruction was so clear that you don’t need to ask anyone (we did though :P, some confusion with the room number).
