The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and of course the location is great. But the stars are the staff, who go over and above here. Absolutely superb team who will tend to your every need, which in our case was a request to make the room look nice for a special celebration. Absolutely fab. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

The compact room en-suite shower was very compact and no draught beer at the bar.

Great location for the theatre. Next to china town and soho,so lots of eating options and in walking distance to the embankment( under a mile) and regent street. Staff were very helpful especially Kartnik who was excellent.

Rooms were a bit small, but we got used to them after the first night,

The staff was excellent. We want to especially compliment our concierge Slav. Since this was our first visit to London Slav was extremely helpful in getting us tickets, helping with our luggage and giving us tips on getting around London. The breakfast was awesome...plenty of variety and well prepared.

There were three to a room and I was sleeping on the sofa bed. We stayed 2 nights and the 1st night was awful. The bed was so uncomfortable as I could feel the bed frame digging in through the thin mattress. I spoke to the staff in the morning and they found a mattress topper to help. It wasn't perfect but I can't fault the staff for trying their best to help. I suggest they get a new mattress for these kinds of beds in the future.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring central London. Fantastic breakfast and great room.

The lift was very slow. The dining area was too small, and the same cooked food every day, limited choice, and being told you have a table for 45 minutes made me feel my leisurely morning away was rushed. The room we stayed in needs some attention, very dark and depressing room 202.

The location was excellent, and the room was a good size. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only small thing would be to top up the shower gel etc as we did not have any hair conditioner. To be fair, we did not ask for any and I have no doubt some would have been provided if we had. The staff do an excellent job.

We were delighted to find that our room had a lovely four poster bed. The breakfast menu was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of cold and hot items, service was very good.. Would add that the hotel is in a great location for sightseeing or going to the theatre, out to eat etc.

Bathroom was quite small, and window hardly opened but understandable reasoning for the latter.

Staff were lovely, clearly well-trained, and nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean, and location was perfect for west-end shows. Breakfast was good, and well attended. 45 minutes, for us, was plenty of time.

There was nothing not to like.

Excellent position, near theatre, tube 8 minute walk. Wonderful front of house staff greeted us as arrived early with smile and glass of Prosecco . Upgraded and took us to spacious room with 2 King size beds. Bottle of wine for our patience! Manager himself came up to uncork our bottle! On departure the lovely head of reception on our enquiring could we perhaps secure a triple room next visit, said “ Of course , anything is possible! Quite clearly The team in the hotel love their job, that was so obvious in their faces. We were a little unsure about getting meal before the theatre and didn’t check out the restaraunt, but next time……. Breakfast, excellent choice was wonderful lovely reception in there too. Well done, keep up standards. ! ,

Room was moderately sizes and in the roof, with sloping walls, but otherwise totally adequate.

The location is ideal for West End theatres, Chinatown, Covent Garden, Leicester Square and in fact most things in central London!

The restaurant is very small and there was a restriction of 45 minutes at the breakfast table.

The location was superb. Near to West End theatres, and Regent Street for shopping. Only a 15 minute walk to Oxford Street for further shopping. Also right next to China Town. The staff on the reception were friendly and able to answer all of our questions. We had fruit, cake and a bottle of Prosecco in our room along with balloons and petals decorating the beds and towels made into a cake as it was my mother’s birthday. This was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was plentiful with both full English and a continental selection too.

I left an item of clothing in the room by mistake and it’s been a bit of a hassle trying to get it back.
