Staff were very friendly, and every time I stay here they have made an effort to ensure my stay is comfortable and pleasant. Will return on future trips to London.

Stuff ask for a good review. I'm staying againgst fake reviews. The bookig.com don't take care of warning guests about high security deposit. Personified in my case 200£. It could cause problems when guest are already in the hotel.

Big and comfortable bed. The room keeps silence whoch is about good sleeping. This is about location. Here is no regular traffic and you can sleep good.

The breakfast experience is not great - which is a shame because it could be so much better with a few tweaks - but this is only a minor criticism.

This hotel was ideal for a short stay in central London. Do not expect 5 star or even 4 star luxury at this price but the hotel is well located a short walk from Notting Hill tube station. The staff are friendly, the rooms are small but clean and comfortable and one could not wish for more.

The bathroom is not very big, the wifi wasn't particularly good and the fascade of the building was under renovation, which surprised us a bit, but in general no big issues.

The rooms were pretty small however when we were switched to a basement room the 3rd night with twin beds instead of the double, the room was a little more spacious and we actually liked it better than the more updated 3rd floor room.

Breakfast was fine…it came with the room the first 2 nights, but not the 3rd night stay. All 3 nights were booked with Booking.com but since they were booked separately, but for the same price, the 3rd night stay did not include it.

The heating unit was adjustable by reception only. While clean, the room was somewhat worn in places.

The room had a great view and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's located in an elegant neighbourhood, within easy reach of the Tube.

I have stayed in some more recently decorated places nearby, and while the room design was really good I was disappointed not to be able to watch online content through the TV. Which is a mild inconvenience.

Staff always had a smile. They were really friendly and helpful. I had breakfast at the hotel although there are really nice places to go nearby the breakfast had a small but good choice as vegetarian ot was slightly limited although when I asked for soya milk they brought some through immediately. Staff make the place and this was nice.

The rooms are very small space wise. But I’m happy to lose the space for value in other ways: The staff are very nice & the location is very good when I’m travelling on my own. I feel safe 🙏 I’m very grateful to the management & staff for always taking care of me.

I love this place. I travel solo - sometimes for work, sometimes for pleasure but eitherway this is the hotel I continue to return to. It’s exactly what it says on the tin. Brilliant location. Brilliant staff. A room for me is perfect as I spend most of my time out & about and travelling London. I sleep so well & I love how easy this hotel is to access. I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else as I love nothing hill & I love its location. I feel like a local at this stage & the staff are so kind to me. On my return trip today, Jessie - so nice - upgraded me to a bigger room. The rooms are ‘intimate’ in size….space is not something there is a lot of but for me it is so perfect. As I write this I’m looking out the front window of the hotel, blue skies, beautiful trees & London on my doorstep. I will always return to The Premier for its location, staff, value & it very much fits my needs in every way! ✨✨✨✨✨

The room was a little on the small side but that wasn't a big negative by any means.

Our room was very comfortable, warm and quiet. We stayed on the 4th floor with a view overlooking the park in the square outside. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch!
