Fairly basic and dated. A power cut for a short amount of time (not particularly an issue for me).

Beware that satnav postcode will take you to Clampet Lane which, although right next to the services, is actually 11 miles away as not accessible other than via M25.

Just Cleanliness behind the tv as its always dusty. Apart from that the hotel is generally clean and tidy otherwise

For the price the room offered was great. It's nice to also have a bath in hotels as this is something that lacks. Free parking and free WiFi also. Friendly staff. Was great to have taylors coffee bags in with the tea and coffee ☺️

It is very hard to find. Even though it is a very large building. The only sign and the building itself are hidden behind a row of trees. There is not other signage showing the location of the motel. Even though there is a convenient community sign that is utilized by all the other businesses in the same court yard. After dark you must get out of your car and walk around before you can locate the building. I found this to be very rude to customers who are looking for a business. The desk clerk stated many people mention this but noting has been done. Well I will not stay at this location again due to the lack of attention to this matter.

It wasn’t the property as such, the room smelled a bit damp. We also got stuck in the service area that morning as the M25 was closed! We eventually found a back way out and just made it for our flights. My advice would now be to check planned closures, although im not sure this actually was a planned closure

Stayed here for the night before an early flight from Gatwick. It’s a 20 minute drive to airport. Great price. Staff very welcoming. Location good, it’s a service area off the M25 so don’t expect too much. Has 24 hour McDonalds across from it. Room spacious and clean, shower was fantastic, tea and coffee facilities in room, extra pillows, black out curtains etc.

The rooms are tired, and there was evidence of damp in several places. Plaster was coming off the wall in the bedroom. The motorway service area was uninviting with limited eating facilities.

Staff both evening and morning were superb and helpful. Room was spacious. There was no noise from the motorway. Room temperature was satisfactory. Water was hot.

Bit noisy as people came and went and slammed doors on one of the nights. (That’s not the hotels fault but general disrespect by those people!). Location access was a bit of a pain. Make sure you grab the back gate code in case you come in that way; otherwise it’s a huge trip around to try and find the actual entrance! Depends on your direction.

Easy parking included Facilities were good; comfy bed Next to the food outlet was actually very handy for brekky n snacks; with a good value deal. Lovely staff

As a regular hotel user, I feel qualified in saying that this establishment is in dire need of an update. Had I not been charged the large fee for board, I would’ve accepted the condition. However, the price I paid did not reflect the level of accommodation I experienced. Were it not for the helpful staff member on reception, the score would’ve been even lower, not helped by the shower running cold after a few minutes.

It was close to food and services. The young lady at reception couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful.

It was damp and there wasn’t any way to create air movement. Even the bathroom didn’t have a fan.

Accessible bathroom was lacking a small improvement would be some non slip rails and mats but a wet room is the only way to provide an accessible bathroom, no extent of rails is enough to be safe, disappointing.
