I didnt sleep well in all my nights because there isnt air conditioning although it was hot outside and with the fact that the curtain was too soft the room was in full of day light in 5 am.

The location was incredible. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The first room we were allocated on the 4th floor was the smallest room in the have ever stayed in, after speaking with Reception the next day we were able to swap rooms to a larger room.

The location is absolutely perfect and in the centre near everything we wanted to do.

Location is superb. Room was big and clean. Bathroom very small, a bit old and has a bit of mold in the shower. Employees of the hotel are friendly. I would stay here again.

Single bed was extremely narrow, felt like could roll out. Bathroom door unable to be propped open, very frustrating.

Fantastic, central location 5 mins walk safe walk from Royal Opera House. Excellent to have a fridge. Handy little shop next door.

There could have been a bin in the bedroom. There was a bin in the toilet, however the bin in the toilet should just be used for personal things and not rubbish. I did find the mattress was a bit away from the wall which meant my pillows would keep sliding down and I would try to move the mattress in but it wouldn’t work so that was a bit annoying. But apart from those two things everything else was great!

I liked how the hotel is in a really good location and easy to get to. It was a nice, clean, basic room and the bed was comfortable, the shower worked great and there was always towels and toilet rolls available. Also loved the fact there was a fridge in the room - such a bonus and very handy to have! I also liked how secure it was and how the front door was locked in the evenings. The price for 4 nights was really affordable and I would definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything much. FOr the price you pay it's not a 4 start hotel or anything but if you need somewhere affordable and with a great location just to put your head down for a night or two, this does the job.

SEven Dials is great value for London especially so central. The location is perfect. The room was clean and beds very comfortable.

The room is quite compact - particularly the bathroom. It didn't really bother us but if you like plenty of space, you may need to look elsewhere.

The location was excellent. 5 min walk to both the Leicester Square and Covent Garden tube stations. We were able to visit Camden Town and market easily. There are numerous bars and restaurants right on the doorstep and a wonderful bakery and convenience store either side of the front door. We were there to see 3 shows and were able to walk to all 3 theatres: 10 mins to both the Lyric and the Novello and 6 mins to the Gillian Lynne. The beds were very comfortable and the room had tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge. Plenty of towels and little soaps in the bathroom.

Great location; comfortable bed; good base for my cultural trip to see theatre and opera; was spoiled by the disturbance

Was disturbed at 1am on second night by delivery man from laundry throwing bed linen on ground in basement right next to my room, causing the wall and door to shake and rattle and waking me up; when I came out to speak to the man about the noise/disturbance, he did not even apologise and just said ‘I’m working!’ -at 1am? Right next to a paying guest’s bedroom?! The noise continued for a good fifteen minutes. The flooring in the basement single room (Room 6) is too slippery and is unsafe. On the last morning, I slipped and fell backwards as I came down the steps from the bathroom into the bedroom and hit the back of my head against the steps, cutting it and causing considerable bleeding. I managed to stem the bleeding with a towel and told front of house that morning - as I checked out - about the accident to apologise for any blood stains in the room/on the bedding. As it turns out, I was only mildly concussed and the cut has now started to heal. However, the young man on front of house expressed no concern about my accident or asked if I needed to go to hospital/ be checked over, etc. This room needs much safer flooring or other guests will have similar accidents.

Great location; access 23 hours; pleasant front of house staff

Nothing really. Soft pillows would’ve been nice

Great location close to theatres and Covent Garden. Lots of small cafes and shops to browse in the area. Was very basic but after reading reviews I was pleasantly surprised. Only stayed in the room to sleep and bed was comfortable though my pillows were abit hard . I had the double bed and she had a single bed in room 14. I wore ear plugs and an eye mask. Only slight noise from a dustbin lorry at about midnight and a slammed door somewhere once but otherwise quiet. The bathroom was tiny but shower was hot and clean and plenty of towels. Nowhere to get dry but the room was plenty big enough for me and my daughter. Tea and coffee available and staff were pleasant .

If anything, maybe a slightly earlier check in time.

If I am going to London on my own and need a place to stay, this is my first choice at the moment if I can get a room. Stayed a couple of times. I love the location. The price is very reasonable. Slept well and comfortable. I cant really put anything in the 'don't like' box but just forewarning that there are no windows in a basement!
