It was all good.

We were upgraded to the Malthouse which was a great property, clean spacious and well equipped. Large airy bedroom, great kitchen facilities and very quiet. We used it as a base to spend a couple of days at the NEC. It was a perfect location for us.

Location is great, host provided a video to ensure we didn't take the wrong track. Lovely farm buildin which has been converted to be a guest house. The views were stunning.

Nothing. It’s not easy to find but put the location straight in the satnav & nit just the postcode & I drove straight there (plus good signs are out which help)

Clean, comfortable and liked the location as it was in the country but near the cities - especially the NEC. Really nice young chap runs it - very helpful.

The hosts were really polite and on hand whenever we needed, they even left toys for the kids to play with which was a really nice touch my 3 year old son was over the moon when he saw them! The venue itself is really nice, clean and cosy and tucked away in a quiet area. It has everything a couple or family could want and even though the weather was bad, it's nice and scenic with fields all around. Would definitely return and recommend

The host was very helpful, I did arrive an hour earlier than planned and the host was happy to meet me, do remember to call ahead to let them know when your arriving. The postcode will take you to the driveway entrance, my mistake was not checking it out on google first as I was sure and some of the country roads are a little tight but its easy enough to find. the host gave me all the information needed for the shed and answered any questions I had as well. The property is excellent, bigger than I had anticipated with a full kitchen and TV's that actually work. The WIFI was free and worked well as the phone signal in the area was pretty hit and miss.

The drive up to the property is very rough once you are there I suggest you stay there as parking also very tight. We were to,d that this would be sorted soon by taking down a shed but at the moment be aware as we nearly took the side of the car out on a sticking out slab.

Very rural private location great setting every thing you need is in the property , glasses pots pans plated a washing machine. Microwave and a hob. Hosts are amazing.

We had to knock on the neighbours door on two occasions to get access to the property as their car was in the way.

The hosts son met us and gave us the keys after we sent a text message to say we were near the property.

Nothing to not like and would definitely stay again.

This is an exceptional property to stay in. Its larger than it looks in the photos meaning lots of space to relax and kids to run around or play. Includes all amenities you may need. Great kitchen area and stools where TV swivels. Extra is the TV in the bed. The sofa bed is in the main bedroom which frees up the living room to use if your kids or someone wants to go to bed early. Very quiet location but nearby to shops, pubs and easy access to main road. The hosts were very accommodating, quick to respond to queries, provided extra towels, met us at arrival to show us where to park and inside the property.

Ideal location for both Birmingham and Coventry. Clean. Helpful hosts. Good value - did not ramp up the prices while the Commonwealth games were on, unlike many others.
