We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe accomodation could provide individual resident hand towels rather than one to a room. It would be helpful to have equipment manuals & also a first aid box & better/sharper kitchen knife. Otherwise it was all great
Location is convenient & close to shops, bakery & restaurants. Disappointed that the fishmonger wasn't opened on the mon & tues when we were there but we managed to get some fresh seafood from one in Broadstairs by using the Loop bus which was quite frequent.

United KingdomBit expensive for a young family with three children, £450 for three nights and on booking NOT told about the need for a deposit of £125! Last night kept awake by large group of younger people drinking until 4am (and then arguing and talking loudly outside the front of the building (one of our bedrooms). I think about 10/12 of them came back for a party!!!

United KingdomSitting room and kitchen at basement level. No toilet down there. I'm disabled so difficult to have to go upstairs as it's hard work, laboured and painful. Ad and photos doesn't make it clear. Slow and bit smelly drainage. Probably just needs unblocking? Ledge as bannister instead of a rail difficult to feel confident with as can't grip on it. I need to haul myself up and hold onto something to descend. Again...a problem more specific to me as disabled with spinal fractures and skeletal weaknesses and pain.
Really clean and spacious. Totally central to town. Washing machine /dryer great to have use of. Dishwasher too but couldn't work it out! Netflix etc. Near local car park and on-street parking. I use a mobility scooter and have a Blue Badge too

United KingdomWhen we arrived the neighbours from next door were on the steps of the alley way smoking drugs (marijuana). This was not pleasant or nice to tolerate as we had travelled with young children and they could not use the outside space even though it was a very nice Friday. With the apartment being on the High St meant it was very noisy at night with cars, and people walking by laughing and joking in the evening. The apartment also had self-catering facilities and included an electric cooker but no instructions were available on how to use.
The apartment was clean, presented well and available exactly at the time that was agreed. No issues with collecting keys, and accessing the property. It was on the High Street and Ramsgate beach was a short walk.

United KingdomLack of a highchair was a bit disappointing considering they offer a travel cot. Cleaning products (bleach in the bathroom etc.) and hoover etc were left out which is not ideal with a toddler (or any kids really). Also could benefit from a few more simple bits like oven gloves and plastic utensils or plates etc. (again if offering to cater for kids).
Location was great, perfect for the proximity to town and exploring the local area. Good space for a small family. Clean and well kept.
