Shower soaked everything which makes things a little awkward, lounge furniture quite small, so little uncomfortable. TV lacks many channels. Towells small and thin.

Great location with fabulous outlook's, well situated for the beach.

Charging for Wi-Fi is going to annoy some people. I'd advise the owners to just slightly increase the cost of a night's stay and use this extra revenue to then provide the wi-fi for "free". This could increase both revenue AND customer satisfaction! The main bedroom was pretty tight, with limited space between bed and wall, but not a problem for us. Not many shops/restaurants in walking distance, but again that didn't bother us at all.

Staff very friendly. Cottage was very clean and modern. good value for money. Nice grassy area for the kids to play on. Very close to the beach.

It would have been good to have bbq facilities as we were blessed with good weather and being able to cook outside is always a great advantage.

Pleasantly surprised with the generous size of property and facilities. Everything was clean and working and in a fantastic location to all areas we wished to visit. Having the beach so close was amazing too and meant we could walk our dog early morning without having to use the car.

The bar/cafe was not open for the bank holiday weekend, i would have thought it would be open some of the time.

The location was really good for waking up the beach to Ryde. It was very peaceful and not overlooked.

The only thing that could have been better was first impressions at the reception, the pots outside had lots of dead plants and reception, needed some maintenance i.e. painting etc.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially booking the crossing for us. We loved the position of the bungalow, we could watch the wildlife, while having a cuppa in the warm! Nice to have all you need, there was washing up liquid, cloths etc. There wasn't a hairdryer but when asked at reception, they were so helpful, they dropped one down to us. You had to purchase wi-fi, but that was okay, you could use multiple devices and it worked!

Very minor problem but I do feel a mini dishwasher could be installed as I hate washing dishes on holiday! But this is just being picky and no reflection on the stay!

Nice little base for us to stay on our break. Close to a nice pebbly beach for our girls to pick shells and good pubs nearby offering nice gluten free food. Cottage was comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed for self catering.

The only thing that I would comment on would be that as dogs have to be kept on leads at all times which i understand being on a Nature Reserve is that the patio/decking would be closed off and have a gate on so we could have the patio door open.

Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the local pub and a village that has everything in it. There is also a gin bar just a 15 minute walk which runs beside Seaview Holidays. The Nature Reserve was a quiet but still local to everything.

Some things needed some attention- one of the sofas left flakes everywhere, and the beds weren't very comfortable, and rather unsteady. Also the decking wasn't great, and extremely slippery as the signs stated!

Beautiful location, staff were always friendly and acted on any issues asap. A five minute walk from a lovely sandy beach. Kitchen well equipped without being cluttered. Lovely touch to have some coffee / tea ect there for arrival. The 4 bed house was extremely spacious, and had 3 bathrooms which is ideal for large families!

Narrow tread on stairs to top floor made coming down difficult. Downstairs bedrooms very cramped. Couldn't open the bedside cabinets. Material on settees was flaking off.

Lovely spot. Enjoyed seeing the barnacle geese coming in every day. Nice patio area.

It was small which was ok for 2. Double bed seemed small and slightly uncomfortable for me - however didn’t mention until leaving and they said they would have sorted it. Staff were excellent, friendly, polite and very helpful.

Location - on a nature reserve Very clean Excellent shower. Well equipped. Two decking areas front and back. Back very private. Front overlooking the green and nature reserve - flock of geese came twice a day to feed - fascinating to watch. Mentioned to maintenance man that our patio light bulb had blown and it was changed immediately. Quiet - we went late September/early October.

The toilet, the exhaust doesnt work properly even when we open the toilet, it steamed a lot that even makes the toilet roll soggy.

The location is the most important to us, which is close to the sea.

The only downside to the property was the lounge furniture. My husband and I are both in our 70’s and I suffer with my knees. The settees were far too low and I really struggled getting up from them. The only other thing was we had 2 dogs and it would have been nice to be able to let them out in the back garden but as it was open we couldn’t. Maybe a couple of gates across the gapes could be shut as needed or left open if not.

    Loved the location for walking

The double room only had one bedside table and to get out of the other side of the bed it was a bit tight even for the most agile of people, I am only small and had to walk sideways like a crab. I also had to use pillows to make a temporary bedside table to put things like my phone and book on at night. Only one bedside lamp for reading. A big problem and easily solved I thought, was the lack of hooks in the bathroom. The chalet housed four people, each being given two towels, so a maximum of eight towels and no where to hang them meant having to have the airer out to dry the towels which was a reasonably small space in the first place.

The location is perfect and the surrounding area is very beautiful and accessible for walks right on the seafront The bed extremely comfortable which was important to us and the kitchen is reasonably equipped and the shower is superb. Lovely quiet area with a privacy fence out of the back overlooking trees and a further table out the front gives views of the site and the Canadian geese.

The cafe not serving hot food, very poor lighting outside, very poor appearance on approach, too many potholes on their approach Road, need more lighting around the site, better drainage on site after it's been raining.

The proximity, the area, closeness to the beach, it was quiet.
