The kitchen equipment was good quality but just basic. I find this with all holiday rentals, if you are used to actually cooking it is difficult with so few utensils, plates and other kit. This property wasn't any different from the usual standard.

It was abit cold and we couldn’t work out how to put on the heating properly. This wasn’t really an issue as we were out alot but it might be good to have instructions for guests to follow as it gets colder.

Amazing location, so close to the station and within walking distance of the beach. Property is very well furnished and very clean.

In the smaller double bedroom the bed is a small double, so not great if you are not wanting to be squashed together. Perhaps would benefit from the option of a sofa bed.

Nice spacious flat. Not too far from seafront. Free parking outside. Nice decor. Clean and everything you need for a weekend away. The owners were very flexible about our arrival time. Straightforward instructions to get in.

Nice size flat with good kitchen. Location was close enough to walk to the beach front and easy to get to the main road for exploring further into the countryside. Parking available on the street outside or near the flat.

the heating was not on when we arrived, so we had a little cold :) but with climate change, it is completely normal to take care of the planet !

The location close to the beach. The flat very confortable. Supermarket at 5 minutes by foot, city center at 10 minutes by foot. Free parking in the street.

The mugs could have been bigger and the knives were blunt as can be!

We loved the funky decor, the colour scheme and the lovely bedding and towels as well as the brilliant location. It was warm and cosy. There was everything we needed. I am sure we will come again.

A few little niggles, issue with the induction hob, lack of table mats, no information/welcome pack, and my preference would be for an electric rather than a hob-top kettle. The design of the kitchen/living roon didn't allow for a dishwasher or a sensible sized bin which, if I were staying longer than the weekend, I would have found annoying. The internet connection was sketchy, which meant that watching the tv was hit and miss.

This is a beautiful flat, stylishly and thoughtfully decorated. On the whole it was comfortable. It is very close to St Leonards Warrior Square and the sea front. A good location, just around the corner from shops, pubs etc. The area is quiet, no issues with noise at night. My communications with the owner were pleasant and the cleaner was lovely! Overall I really liked the flat.

Spacious and suitable for our baby to crawl about very happily! Nice to see things like cooking oil, soap, salt/pepper and more(!)… so many places just don’t provide these. Bluetooth speaker is a nice touch and was well-used during our stay! We really liked the living area.

Missing kitchen towels. The time for leaving the appartement was unclear (booking states 11am, while we were asked to leave at 10am). Bathroom is large but lacks of shelving/hangers.

Extremely clean. Spatious and bright rooms. Confortable beds and very clean linen. Kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and a real oven. WiFi and Netflix.
