The pool not warm jacuzzi the same and sauna out of order . The steam room wasn't great either. We spoke both with club members and other guests and they felt the same.

Stains on bed runner, empty cardboard box and random socks in wardrobe. Lots of kids in pool so not super relaxing!

On our first evening (03/04/24) we ate in the hotel bar, the food was good and at first so was the the service. When we had finished eating we waited at least 20 minutes if not longer to have our table cleared, in the end we had to catch the attention of a member of staff and request our table be cleared. Not really that big an issue but to then have to waiting even longer while the waiter we asked chose to go and find a different member of staff to come and actually clear our table while he proceeded to then clear a different table near by where the guests from that table had already left was disappointing and lead to us find alternative arrangements down the road for our other evening meals.

A super warm welcome from Kirsty on reception who was super helpful and went above our expectations to help us with travel plans to ensure we arrived in good time for an appointment we had during our visit.

For size of hotel found pool changing rooms cramped and pool and especially hot tub not overly warm but that's picky. Not overtly child friendly as had to ask if there was a kids menu which was fantastic when presented. For our age group all perfect 👌

The hotel restaurant doesn’t really offer many vegetarian options. But there were veggie options at breakfast, which was great!

The mattresses were not the comfiest but was ok, the changing room for the pool was also a bit on the small side with anymore than 5 or 6 people getting changed was a squeeze.

The hotel was clean and well looked after, the room was also clean and tidy. The Aura restaurant was also good, food and drink was perfect.
