So many steps to get into the flat I was in flat 2 it’s ok if your fit and young lol Also was on a steep hill but ilfracombe is a hilly place so ..

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The radiator is very rusty or dirty and there were bits left in the bath. There were bits of dust left under the bed. Some of the kitchen equipment was dirty when we arrived so had to be washed before we could use them.

The bathroom needs updating. The parking is only suitable for a very small car.

The views were great. The beds really comfy. The lounge diner/ kitchen well furnished.

The parking assess was very tight. Although we were warned it was tighter than expected. In saying this the host did give alternative options.

The property was close to the beach . It had good facilities, including a dish washer and washing machine. Good provisions of activities for adults and children. Nice views from the flat.

We came back for a second year, the apartment is large and spacious. Nice comfortable beds, four seater dining table. A perfect location for the town, beach, arcade and restaurants.

Like all 'seaside resorts', the seagulls are a pain.

This is a relatively new apartment in a small block of 3. It had everything you would need for a break, even games & videos for rainy days. It's great to have parking for a small car. Ideal location, very close to sea & shopping.

property was very well situated, next to the town and beach at the bottom of the road. The apartment was well equipped and a lot of nice extras, a lot of thought had gone into making sure your stay was comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and very competitively priced.

Lovely location with great sea views from the dining room and kitchen windows. Bedrooms both a good size.

I couldn't understand why there were no curtains or blinds in the living room. The bathroom needed some attention. Grout black or missing and sealant damaged. Plus the shower was hanging off the wall a little and needs adjustment. Water pressure wasn't the best either. It was a shame because the bathroom had obviously been cleaned well - the whole flat was spotless, but the discolouration of the grout made it look dirty.

There was a lot to like - it was extremely clean and spacious with comfy beds and a lot of storage. There were stacks of DVDs which was a nice touch, plus books and games so everything to keep a family entertained if the weather was bad. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need including a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave etc. We actually live in Ilfracombe and needed the flat because our bathroom is being renovated so know the area well. It's in a great location if you are on holiday - a few steps from the sea front. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but then again, parking anywhere in Ilfracombe is a bit of a nightmare so if you visit this town, you have to be aware that you will in all likelihood need to pay to park

Parking is poor and wouldn’t return due to not wanting to move the car for the duration of the stay. Single bed closest to the door is very uncomfortable.

Parking is restricted, although you are told when booking - at the time of our stay the street parking opposite was unavailable due to construction.

The parking is pretty much unusable unless you have a tiny car.

Lovely big rooms, all very spacious and the large bed was wonderful, I've taken note to get myself the same mattress.

Bathroom let the side down, didn't feel as clean as the other rooms. Hot water came and went, and the bath was extremely slow to run - hot water just dribbling out and inconsistent. Needs modernising. Maybe settle for a proper shower unit.

Lovely little apartment. Wonderful views and convenient to the coast. Spacious and comfortable. TV was a good size and easy to use and the beds pleasant to sleep in. Plenty of kitchen utensils and a good size fridge freezer. Very relaxing to stay in.

Nothing to dislike, but parking is tight.

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. It was in a great location,the coastal path and town within easy reach. We didn't meet Matt, but communication was easy.
