First of all, to find the keybox was tricky as the host said that it was the middle one but there was 4 of key boxes. The host also said, orange striped key box but it was not there so we had to call the host to ask where it was as it was a bit confusing. Going to the apartment, taking the stairs was a bit creepy as there are no lights and is a bit dark. There was dust underneath the bed where we found Tampons as we stepped on it which was inconvenient. There was no air-con, it was really hot with 26 degrees so it was hard to sleep during the night time.

The location was good, and the apartment itself is good with the sofa bed in front of the TV. Overall value for money, we had a good time.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and creaky. Only 4 mugs for hot drinks. Also asked to wash up all items on leaving which was fine but no washing up liquid was left. Cleaning spray and cloths had been left on shelves in bedroom on arrival.

After settling in from our first day out upon arrival. We started to see somethings that was disappointing about the property, No fridge / just a cooler… not even working properly … my fruit drinks and yogurt didn’t smell or taste great. Loud sounds coming from the cooler throughout the day that sound like some trying to get into the apartment. The hot water in the kitchen tap is not working The bathroom tap hot water is way too hot and the shower is lukewarm. You can not use the shower and bathroom tap at the same time … it stops the shower. The boiler started making loud noise, once i turned on the shower and bath tap on. It was a very scary noise. There is no washing machine to at least wash the items, that are given … like the 2 floor mats for the bathroom again. In all i had a great time in Brighton, I would recommend people to this apartment, hoping that the hot water and cooler situation was looked into and solved. it would have been even nicer to have met the owners of the apartment.

There were a few hairs on the bed (minor issue, as rest of apartment was very clean and tidy). Not much room for storage but didn’t affect us as we were only there 2 nights.

The TV was ok for freeview but it wasn't a smart TV. Hopefully it will be updated next time I'll stay in Brighton.

The privacy, space and the location of the property. The kitchen is modern, sofa is very comfortable and the bed too. All you need is outside the doorstep, Co-op, Morrison and Sainsburys. Plenty of restaurants around and loads of vegan choices which was perfect for me as I'm a vegan for 5 years.

There was a small amount of dust on the surfaces and floor, implying that although it’s cleaned, perhaps it wasn’t cleaned that recently- I notice these things due to dust allergies. There was also an issue with the fridge, but the owner responded quickly and positively when we reported it.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of Kemptown. Despite this, we really didn’t hear any seagulls! It’s a gorgeous little flat with some clever adjustments, turning a studio flat into something with a ‘separate’ bedroom instead. It’s cosy and well equipped, with everything you could need in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Overall cleanliness was good however the tiles in the bathroom around the bath needed to be cleaned. The dust under the bed.

Location was amazing, from the bars and clubs it only took 10 mins to walk. Also, only a 5 minute walk to the sea front! The apartment had everything we needed.

The property was very comfortable and quiet , nice facilities but the Tv in the house wasn’t a smart tv 😶 that kinda ruined a bit the mood because I couldn’t watched or play anything par from the programs showed on tv which were boring.
