The door was difficult to lock and unlock, the bathroom taps were hard to turn, the hallway light was faulty and the couch was clean but very dirty under the cushions. These are small issues that can easily be sorted and would improve the ratings because the place is pretty good.

It was beautiful, spacious and very lovely seaside views. I also like that its just a stone throw away from the beach and lots of activities for the whole family. The bedding smelled so clean and fresh.

It was windy the weekend we stayed and some of the windows did not close properly so was a bit draughty, also for anyone with mobility or walking issues there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

Some of listed facilities (coffee machine, tea, milk) were missing. It could do with decent bath mats, an Amazon Firestick to connect to more options on the tv. The front door to the actual apartment is not a fire door (quite large gaps) and there was fire instructions visible) which was a bit unsettling being so high up with children. I spotted the fire extinguishers in the entrance way but nothing further up.

The sea views and location were amazing.

The property had numerous issues: 1. Latch on key box is very difficult to open, required 2 people. Obviously there is a knack to it. Suggest replacing. 2. No welcome pack/info about the property or town. 3. Window in living room does not shut, latch is broken. 4. No tassimo coffee maker as stated in the email we received. (We brought pods especially) 5. No corkscrew to open the wine we had brought. 6. No fish/egg slice to get fried eggs out of pan. 7. The frying pan is useless. 8. Oven door handle very loose nearly falling off. 9. Only 3 cereal/desert bowls!! 10. Scatter cushion covers on sofa are dirty. 11. Towels are old and thin and need replacing. 12. On/Off tap in bath is virtually impossible to turn. The ladies in our group could not turn it and only just manageable by the men. 13. The shower cubicles both need a soap dish. Putting soap on the floor is not acceptable. 14. No hangers on clothes rail.

Keys were in key box at entrance, code number provided, but box tricky to open, took many attempts. Needs replacing.

The fire door/front door poorly fitted. Not compliant with regs. Few cleanliness issues. Lighter found in bathroom. Blanket/throw on sofa needs was needs washing.

Location was great, got to get there in good time for good parking. Keys easy to find. Apartment was nice and spacious.

The stairs were a problem for me. It wasn’t mentioned that there were 4 flights of stairs. It should have been made clear that anybody disabled wouldn’t be able to use it.

There is no lift and the stairs are steep. I was on the top floor and going up and down 3 flights of stairs was hard going. Any one with limited mobility wound really struggle.However, the view was amazing and to sleep with the windows open listening to the waves come in was very relaxing.

The location is central to beach and a short walk to town and shops. It’s very modern and comfortable and a real ‘home from home.’

Great communication through out. Messages answered quickly. Excellent apartment, appliances all very modern, really big flat. Lovely view of the beach and the sound of the waves at night was so beautiful. We will definitely be back.

On arrival we checked the bedding and towels and found they were not changed or recently used. The bed linen was dirty and covered in black hairs as if recently used. The towels were stained and had to be replaced along with bed linen. On arrival it appears as if someone was living there before our use. The mattress and pillows do not have protectors so one of the mattresses smells of body fluids and both are very stained. There are 50 steps to access the apt which was not mentioned. The front door does not meet fire regulations as there is clear daylight around the door to outside with fire seals visible and the door does not sit in the frame so smoke filled room in case of fire, not good on the 3rd floor. This was mentioned in previous review but clearly not attended to. Sea view only visible when standing not sitting as you would expect. All kitchen ware had to be washed before use as was not clean. Generally very poor so would not recommend at all. The booking ought to say who you are booking with so you know not to use Noki Stays

The only thing I would fault about the apartment is the showers and the sliding door in the en suite bathroom. The showers were impossible to operate ( me and my partner struggled to turn them on and off) and the sliding door I did injure myself on. The door does slide shut very quickly and the door itself is very heavy so be careful!

The apartment was absolutely stunning!! The view was amazing and you had so many options for dinners or going out drinking. The property itself is absolutely stunning! Very modern and comfortable. Felt like I was at home.

Everything, the staff were professional and receptive, the flat was big, clean and the furniture was wonderful and comfortable. Took seconds to walk to the sea, amusements and local supermarket.

Dirty floors, lack of kitchen utensils (those we had were dirty) and crockery, dirty dishwasher, no washing up liquid or kitchen cloths, no rack for washed clothes, 3 dishwasher tablets for a week, main door lock broke so we had 24 hours in an unsecured flat while the management company went awol, several windows, including all in the bathroom, wouldn’t open, bathroom taps very difficult to turn, bedroom door handle came off in my hand, no milk to take up the written invite to ‘help yourself to a cup of tea’

The beds. Every movement the springs just coiled and you could feel them all of the time. Cheap mattress, should be upgraded for comfort. The shower or lack of it, in the family bathroom was hand held, and had no screen or curtain. The lever to power on the water was almost seized and requires attention. I think some people would leave this facility in fear of breaking the handle. Had to be relocated to this apartment due to issues with an upstairs apartment that we initially booked, which I accepted. However very, very noisy from above and footpath/road. Lastly, bit to much correspondence from hosts, in the form of a dozen or so emails..

Great location (apart from noise of building work opposite) Felt this could have been mentioned. Clean and tidy, quite well equipped
