The drive was narrow with a ledge at one side so we had to be extra careful when emptying the cars. We had 2 which fit in the length of the drive.

The property was in an excellent position, with outstanding views of the bay. The property was spotless and we would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in the area. The owners left milk, butter and other goodies as a welcome gift which was much appreciated.

The standard of accommodation was exceptional. The view was breathtaking from the lounge. All rooms were very clean and well presented. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage. Super welcome pack provided on arrival and cleaning facilities provided for use during the week. The garden was delightful and very relaxing to sit in - great seating area. The owners were very helpful, kind and super responsive. Excellent location for the beach, play park nearby for the children (we stayed with a 9, 7 and 2 year old). Travel cot and high chair were provided at no extra cost. We genuinely have nothing to say about this accommodation. We had a great holiday here and will definitely return!

To wake up every morning and see the sea through the bedroom window was a delight. The property was spotless and really comfortable with everything we needed. Tony and Shirley the hosts were great, responded immediately to any questions we had.

You can see the sea from the windows. The whole place was immaculate. The hosts left an amazing array of goodies to welcome you. The bed was so comfortable. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Just superb.

The stairs up to the apartment are quite steep so was a challenge for us older folk getting suitcases up, but not a problem otherwise.

The property is exceptionally well appointed, spacious rooms and equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Good views. Welcome pack of provisions means you can relax as soon as you arrive. Well located for exploring the beautiful sights in Northumberland.

Unfortunately this was out of the owners control - the weather! at least it didn't rain though!

The house is directly opposite the beach, ideal for when you realise you've left something behind! On arrival we discovered the owners had left us some coffee, tea, chocolate (drink), biscuits, bread and even wine - very unexpected but definitely appreciated! 10 out of 10 for effort.

You will have to take/buy an extra toilet roll or two which is no bother there’s a co op down the road!

If I could give this place an 11 I would! It was just lovely, the views were amazing! Tony and Shirley have thought of everything, down to the cutlery! It has a lovely zen this property. It’s clean, gorgeous and has the best views ever. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. You will not regret staying here!

The location was perfect - sea views with a less than 2 minute walk across the road to the beach. Even the ice cream van on the car park was fabulous! Everything you could ever need was there including an iron, washing machine, pots and pans, smart TVs in every room, etc. And the welcome pack exceeded our expectations and set us up nicely as soon as we were there. All instructions on what to do with keys, towels, and any other house bits were very clear so we were never stuck. The place was so comfortable, relaxing and clean with impeccable detail throughout. When/if we can we will be coming again!

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like at all!

Fantastic accommodation, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. High end and luxurious apartment with fabulous sea views and a stones throw from the Sandy beach. Just lovely, and well placed for sightseeing. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Hope to go back sometime too. Lovely welcome package from the owners too. Take you binoculars with you as there’s lots to see!

Nothing was wrong, I am normally very critical but can’t fault anything. Just thought, there was no tea towel, but I think that was an oversight as it states tea towels provided.

Sea view in bed. Decor. Cleanliness. Provisions on arrival. Everything was exceptional. Large sandy beach. Convenience. Technology. Scented smells. Plush bedroom carpet. Fluffy towels. The owners know what makes a good holiday and have provided it. Saw seals at St. Mary’s lighthouse too.

A beautiful property, set up very comfortably with loads of nice touches. The location is ideal to explore a beautiful part of the Northumberland coastline. My family felt very welcome here, and we’d love to come back.
