Loose toilet seat. Incredibly steep stairs which would be unsuitable for anyone of restricted mobility. Awkward parking space.

Warm, very clean, good electrical equipment and crockery. Location ideal and quiet. Comfortable lounge furniture and availability of TV channels.

The parking was in front of the apartment and off the road. It was quite a small space and often had a car parked in it. We parked in a side road instead which was no problem.

On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised at what a lovely appartment it was. On closer inspection, there a few bits we were disappointed with, the cutlery draw and cutlery was dirty, I only used what we needed and kept them out so I was only using those ones. There were tissues under the sofa. And in the 2nd day we noticed the wall in the bedroom was really damp, and got worse as our week went on, literally could see the water mark moving down the wall. Heating was confusing, with no instruction. Over all it was a good week as a base.

It took me a long time to find the cutlery - in a floor level drawer below the cooker. It would be useful if this were on the information sheet. It also took me some time, with trial and error, to understand the central heating ciontrols. Again some information would be useful.

We didn't like the flats staring at us while we were in the front room. A man was hanging out of his window smoking and another actually got changed without shutting his curtains. We made sure the blinds were shut in the evening which was a shame.

This apartment was in the perfect location. The beds were so comfortable and you had all the facilities you needed. We definitely will be coming back.

No property information - meaning we could not access the wifi system. Had to phone booking agency and then wait for them to contact the owner to get the password. Password needs to be available in the property. Other information re restaurants etc would also be helpful. Steep enclosed stairs were a little difficult to negotiate with suitcases etc.

Very close to seafront, and off street parking meant car could stay there all day. Property obviously newly developed and was very well-decorated and furnished. Good equipment. Very clever blinds within the windows - allowing open/closed and all shades in between. Excellent for 2 or 3 people. Would be a squeeze for 5!

Not aware of step into the Bathroom which not great for infirm. Allocated parking a bit tight and really only for mid to small cars.

I stayed in apartment with my daughter and small dog for 6 nights .on first evening I've had a guy banging on the door, I did not want to open but he was not going to leave when I opened he said he came to change toilet seat and he is working for the owner ( that I supposed was true as toilet seat was a bit loose) I did not let him in as i was by myself with a child. on third evening when we came back from trip to different town I've seen key box was open and that freaked me out as 1st option was someone tried to break In or 2nd option someone knew the code and was trying to get in. I've messaged property 3 times and did send pictures but no one replied ( yes I made sure I emailed correct address) for the last 3 nights we slept on the sofa with lights on and table blocking main door. Having weirdo neighbor opposite didn't help ( I've seen someone mentioned this in the review but I didn't take it seriously) you have to keep your blinds shut as he's staring all day at the windows. As I couldn't sleep last 3 nights I looked out the window and he was still there looking at my windows at 2 am . Overall I did not feel safe at all

I have absolutely no complaints, my stay was fantastic! I will just mention 2 tips in case it helps anyone though: 1) I did find it difficult to use the hob at first because it was touch operated (rather than with knobs) and kept flashing an error message, and I had to look in the cupboards to locate the instruction manual and figure out how to fix the error. In case anyone else is struggling with the hob or any other appliances, all of the manuals are in the left thin top cupboard on the top shelf. 2) I had no idea where the wheelie bins for no.7 were located because the only bins outside the house were for no.5, but after contacting the owner I was told that the bins were round the side of no.9 (without asking you wouldn't be likely to see this), and that they also own the no.5 property so I could use that bin if I wanted anyway. Just a useful tip.

Absolutely fantastic property - paid approx £350 to stay for 1 week, just me and my dog, and it was like a home away from home; it has a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a living room. It had all the appliances I needed (and more) including kettle, toaster, oven with hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a utility cupboard with things like an ironing board with an iron, and a vacuum cleaner. I think there may have even been a hairdryer in the bedroom drawer. Everything was spotlessly clean with zero signs of previous occupants (e.g. crumbs or hairs), it was literally perfect and I've never been in any accommodation that's been as clean as this apartment was, so it was a pleasant surprise. You get a welcome booklet to look through which is very handy and contains emergency contacts for the owners, but most importantly for tourists, emergency contacts for the local A&E, doctors, vets, pharmacies and walk-in centres. It also has a helpful list of local pubs and eateries, including info on which ones allow dogs inside. Whilst I never met the owners in person, I felt very welcome. Upon arrival I saw that they had left me a box of biscuits and some milk in the fridge - a very pleasant sight after a long day travelling. Other essentials provided included bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, washing up liquid, dish cloths, oven gloves, and dishwasher tablets. It's a 5 minute walk from the promenade, so you can't get better than this for location. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay here again, or recommend it to anyone!

the bathroom fan and automatic light. the fan was very noisy especially if you needed to use the bathroom in the night, would have been better to be able to switch this on and off. also the washing machine is great but could do with somewhere to dry the clothes after, maybe a clothes airer could be left in the cupboard? better instructions for where the bin should go as ours was in the doorway when we arrived and needed to be left for collection but there was no where else to put it so it was in the way to the entrance and car also there was no recycling bin. there was a small key for the windows but it doesn’t fit any of the locks so unsure what this was for.

It was lovely and clean and felt very homely. the location was brilliant as we could walk to all the local amenities and the beach.
