Breakfast was lovely. Debbie & Denise, the hosts, were so friendly and helpful, it was like staying with friends. Nothing was any trouble for them. Facilities are brilliant. So nice to have a lounge area to sit in, rather than having to sit in your room. Lounge also has a large TV. Also had a cellar bar which was great, even though we only used it once. Decor is bright and fresh. Lovely outside space as well. Location good as able to walk into town along the sea front.

The location was perfect for our requirements. A quiet location but within walking distance of the seafront. Breakfasts were delicious, with quality ingredients. Hostesses were welcoming and friendly, and fulfilled our request for breakfast to go on our leaving day.

GermanyWe were warmly welcomed and during the entire stay we were well taken care of. Breakfast at the Sandpiper is prepared according to personal wishes for each guest. The location of the hotel is quiet and after a short walk you are at the sea und the Harbour. Perfect! We felt very comfortable and recommend a booking at B&B Sandpiper! The Whole in the Wall in Torquay pub has very good food, a good drink selection and live music. You should definitely stop by there.

The hosts are very welcoming and considerate of your needs without being intrusive. They are interested in your visit and make suggestions of trips to make and places to visit. An excellent base for visiting Torquay and the surrounding South Devon area. Excellent choices for breakfast - well cooked with attention to detail. This was my second visit and was as enjoyable as the first.
