We were apprehensive about using codes rather than keys to access the door of the main building and the apartment but this went without a hitch even though we arrived late and in the dark. We would recommend saving the codes to a phone to ensure you don't leave the building without the codes. (Just remember to take your phone!)

The 2nd-floor apartment is clean, modern, warm, quiet, very well-maintained and a lovely property for our one-night stay in Penrith. Although it does not have parking, it was close to Sandgate Bus Station and the linked car park which offers 24-hour parking.

A little noisy at times with the traffic and pedestrians passing by, but not too bad when you're upstairs

A bit of a personal preference the provided soap and shower gel smelt very smoky and made the whole flat smell a little smoky like the previous tenants had been smoking in the room.

Great central location, comfortable space with all necessary amenities. The bathroom and kitchen was neat tidy and modern. Great large towels.

The apartment was so modern and clean. A lot of thought has gone in to the standard of the fittings and furnishings which were a high standard. Apartment 2 had two toilets which was unexpected.

There was a lot of noise from a dog barking who was staying at the property every time someone enter the property.

The main thing that bothered me to some degree is that the beautiful windows (and they are indeed gorgeous) do not open at all, and it's a bit stuffy. There's a ventilation system but it's quite noisy.

Amy was great, accommodating and redponsive. The place is sweet and very well kept and equipped. It's perfect for short stays and very close to the bus station.

Absolutely superb. The two bed apartment was perfect with tasteful decor and excellent facilities. Really felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Checking in was efficient and easy. Parking just across the road and we pulled up outside for a short while to unload cases etc.

We were a party of six in three studios. The studios were fantastic, clean and well thought out. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed with microwave, full oven, toaster and kettle. The location is just perfect for pubs and restaurants. Parking was in the bus station car park about a five minute walk away and cost £11 for the weekend.

It was very hot the days we were there. Having the ability to open the skylight to get some fresh air or having aircon would have been appreciated.

Lovely and clean, well equipped and easy to get around from. Would happily stay there if in area.

We booked 4 apartments 3 had a small sofa and downstairs toilet however one apartment didn't have theses. It's not a big issue

The apartments were spotlessly clean and the furnishings were high end and so comfortable.
