We received a very warm welcome from the owner, the house is lovely and the accommodation was very comfortable. Our room was slightly small but beautifully presented, with a nice bathroom & super shower. Our host presented a lovely breakfast & could’nt have made us more welcome. Thank you Milly!

Milly was a lovely host - she gave us a warm welcome with the most delicious homemade madeleines on arrival. She offers the most delicious breakfasts (including the loveliest home made yogurt). We had use of the snug, which comes with a cosy fireplace (and had freedom to use as much as we wanted!) Located very close to great walks with the most fantastic views of the Downs. Overall a lovely stay - all the small touches made the difference. Thank you!

Wonderful 2 night stay in September. Milly, our host, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful and treated us like house guests rather than paying customers! The bedroom we stayed in was beautiful with all the conveniences you could wish for. Breakfast was wonderfully prepared by Milly, whose company just added to the experience. Great situation for travelling around - we visited National Trust sites and went to the theatre in Chichester. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again to explore the area further!.

We liked everything, Milly was a excellent host full of information about the area and couldn't do enough for us without being intrusive. Room was spotlessly clean including the en suite. Breakfast was superb with all local produce.

Milly was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home with a warm fire and made sure we had everything we needed. She made it such a memorable stay after just getting engaged and cooked us the most delicious breakfast from fresh, homegrown, homemade and locally sourced ingredients. She was amazing at recommending things to do in the local area. Funtington, where the property is, has a wonderful pub too! The room was georgeous, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A real treat to stay here! Will definitely be coming back!

Charming house beautifully decorated with lovely, extremely comfortable rooms. Host made us feel so welcome with our own bright, cozy sitting room complete with homemade biscuits and hot tea. Breakfast was fine-restaurant worthy, delicious. Absolutely terrific experience all around, I would highly recommend and will definitely rebook if ever in the neighbourhood again. Faultless!

We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who could not do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The decor throughout was modern and tasteful. Our room was bright, airy and clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and there was a good variety, with all dietary requirements catered for. Would definitely stay again.

The only downside was the communication from the manager ahead of the trip - there was a lot messages asking our expected time of arrival which wasn’t a relaxing start as we weren’t exactly sure. Apart from that, my husband said the manager was lovely and accommodation wonderful.

Stunning house and hospitality. Felt like we were with an old friend. Lots of lovely homemade treats to enjoy too. This is not just a bnb this is like staying at your best friend’s house who knows exactly how to spoil you. Shame it was only one night for us. Would certainly book again when in the area.

Excellent holiday spent at Saddlers, celebrating our 50th anniversary. Beautiful house and garden, luxurious room with exceptional attention to detail. Our host Milly made us so welcome and always available to go the extra mile. Delicious breakfast tailored to your needs, fresh fruits from the garden, locally sourced products. We had such a lovely time. Definitely will revisit.
