Kitchen area was not properly cleaned, so the food's smell from the previous guess was still lingering in the kitchen area.

The location that is close to the city center is a big advantage.

Excellent location, super close to Picadilly station and Picadilly Gardens trams. Great apartment with everything you could need for even a much longer stay. The water jug, coffee and cafetière, and interesting tea bags, were a very welcome touch. Staff were fantastic at check in and check out. We met 5 staff in total during our stay and all were a credit to the company, showing a real interest, extremely friendly and helpful. Great stay - thanks!

Road leading to car park was creepy and looked messy. Twin bedroom smelt v strongly of paint. Landing on level 3 by lifts smelt very odd.

Size and layout of rooms v good. Good quality furnishings, decor and equipment. Close to Piccadilly Gardens tram stop and excellent base for central Manchester.

The apartments were a 5 minute walk from the Manchester Piccadilly train station which made it very easy for us when we arrived in Manchester. Also an easy 10 minute walk to the Northern Quarter which was fantastic for going out for food and drinks. The 2 bedroom apartment (one with a double bed, one with twin beds) was a great size that could've comfortably slept 5 people with the sofa bed in the living room. The reception staff were very accommodating, approachable and friendly, making sure we had everything we need.

No USBs on the sockets in the bedroom, bathroom sink tap seams to be missing a flow resticter on the end, when you turn on the tap the water splashes out and wet you instead of a steady stream.

Easy booking and great communication from Cove. Really friendly and informative staff on reception. Spotlessly clean accommodation in a fabulous central location. Now our go to place to stay when in Manchester - would not even consider anywhere else!

It’s too hot for me (there is a fan provided though). We had to keep blinds down all day every day to try to keep it cooler, and had windows open 24/7. This leads me to my next issue which was noise. Boy was it noisy in the street outside! Trams, cars beeping, loud people throughout the night (particularly weekend), bottle bins being emptied… I mention all this with kindness to people considering this place, take earplugs! I ended up getting some and they definitely helped.

Well set out apartments with great facilities. Staff super friendly. Dog friendly. Central location. Clean. Gym available. Lots of parking options nearby.

Could have done with a tea towel to dry the glasses and cups we used (there is a dishwasher but didn't want to use it for just a few items).

Smooth and efficient check in by friendly receptionist. Very comfortable bed with lovely crisp sheets and soft pillows. Handy for train station - 5 minutes walk at most - and good location for trams. 2 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Have booked to stay again later this year.

Great location in the centre of Manchester within walking distance of restaurants and shops with plenty of secure parking nearby and lots of public transport options too. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return for another stay here and would recommend it to friends.

The apartment was very clean and a bit empty. There are some basic things on the wall, but it is not very cosy with paintings, books, pictures, or things that make you warm. So if you are on a romantic trip. it's may be too pale. There are only 3 windows with looked on an internal big airshaft in the hotel, so no views, but enough light.

The reception and check in was quick. The apartment was very clean tide in all in great condition. All the stuff we needed to cook for a family was there. The bed and sheets where great. Location is very good and across the door you could park.
